IAM Wellness (Massage & Acupuncture)

I booked a 1-hr aromatherapy and hot stone massage with an extra 30-minute reflexology with Lin B. I've just realized after looking at my booking and the website that Lin B wasn't the practitioner who performed the services. There was no hot stones or aromatherapy; just a really disappointing and quite terrible massage. As someone else reported, I wish I had better things to say. From reading other reviews, it seems the quality of the experience is highly dependent on the practitioner. Today wasn't my lucky day I guess. It's disappointing particularly considering I had booked with Lin B and somehow that booking wasn't honoured.

Great massage, very professional service and the perfect combo of relaxation and pressure. Therapist also made me aware of a promotion they had on at the time which was fantastic, I will definitely return when I am next in the area. Thank you.

I went two weeks ago, I had a foot and body massage. Patsy was my masseuse and she’s excellent! I would highly recommend to everyone.

I wish I had something better to say, it was just a rough massage, felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I had hot stones. It was a non RMT. Last time I’ll go to a non RMT and I won’t be returning there unfortunately.

I went for a 90 minute reflexology and massage combo last week and was unbelievably happy with the service and experience!! Angela helped me to figure out some big muscle and circulation issues and gave me very helpful advice to continue my healing journey. I will definitely come back whenever I am in Vancouver!! I have been several times to IAMW. Highly recommend it. I see Lin for foot massages. Michael the owner is very nice. Nice atmosphere, clean and quiet.

I had a frozen shoulder for a while and received the acupuncture treatment there. The acupuncturist is a nice and knowledgeable therapist. I feel much better now and would love to go again.

Clean, bright and comfy environment. I go here regularly for reflexology and massage therapy. If you want someone with strong hands ask for Lin!
