I wanted the round gold holly candle holder sold out everywhere. The Internet said the Burloak store had it. I couldn’t find it but the sales lady had one in the back. Very pleased - thank you!

Took a chance and walked into Urban barn. Asked if they had a stand up pot. Sales lady found one in the back of the store, and it was perfect, and on sale. I seem to find everything I’m looking for in that store. Love Urban Barn!!!

We just downsized from our home to a condo in the region and went looking for a sofa. After multiple stops in a number of other competitors locations, we finally found our sofa and a staff that made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.My wife and I highly recommend Urban Barn Oakville.

Everyone at Urban Barn is very helpful.Had a slight problem with our stools. Urban Barn changed them right away no questions asked.Will definitely shop there again. Great staff.

I love coming to this location. I've always had excellent customer service from Mark. Recently I had an issue with my gift card and Mark said he would take care of it for me. The following day Mark called me and told me that the issue had been resolved. He always gives me great advice on decor as well. If you ever pop in, ask for Mark or Lisa (she's great as well!)

Really great store with wonderful items but the customer service today was horrible. I asked an associate about the size of a mirror and she seemed irritated. From there, I wanted to purchase curtains and she seemed so frustrated with me. When we got to the counter to purchase the curtains, she interrupted my purchase to help someone else - not even excusing herself with me while she helped others. 0 manners and horrible customer service. I changed my mind and decided not to purchase them because of her attitude. She was visibly frustrated with me. Super unimpressed given that she was very friendly with others - wondering if my skin colour had something to do with it, or the fact that perhaps she lost her commission - either way, not cool. She was blonde with short curly hair, did not get her name.

Great store. Very friendly helpful staff. Located the product I wanted and gave me an information sheet on a product that I am considering purchasing. The show roomwas beautiful and gave me some new ideas for our new home. All around a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Awful customer service. Sold us a couch that pilled immediately without warning and the pillows compressed within 3 months. They sent a replacement pillow that didn’t fit. Very hard to get in touch with

Yikes! We came in at 5:55pm on Saturday, Jan.28 to purchase a sofa and mirror we had been looking at on two different visits. We were greeted at the door with an emphatic, “we are closed” by a blonde female in a very rude tone. Is this what customer service is like regularly? Not in our experience :( We recognize the store was about to close…but wow! How rude!Sadly, we will take our business to another location.
