What can I say! I think I found my new go to place for my vehicles to be cared for! Eric has been amazing and he even got my accord a new painted bumper for a great price! I’ll be bringing both my vehicle sto him from now on. Shop prices are great and regular maintenance is a fraction of the cost compared to going to the Honda dealer.

Great help! got me in on short notice and gave me a detailed inspection to get my first work van. Great front of desk and crew in the back. Thank you guys!

So I brought my car into Auto Tech between Christmas and New year's. There were other shops closer to me that were cheaper but after reading the CURRENT reviews and speaking with the owner Eric, I felt confident sending my car there. I emphasize current because the only negative reviews for this shop are from 5 years ago before the current management stepped in. When I brought my car in I was told when it would be looked at and how he was gonna troubleshoot the problem. I was skeptical because one of the days he projected to look at it was a stat holiday. So I was very pleasantly surprised when Eric called me within the time frame I was given and informed me that my car was ready. When I picked up my car the next day and reviewed my bill, the parts cost was very fair and the labor was half of what I expected it to be for the amount of work that was done. There wasn't any hidden fees or unnecessary charges. I was very pleased my entire experience with Auto Tech and would definitely refer them to family or friends.

Eric the owner is a respectable and honest guy! He explains what you need right away, what can wait and for how long. He goes the extra mile always! Stacy is a pleasure to talk to and is knowledgeable and friendly. Her attitude is refreshing ! I love this place!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They completed our repairs on time and for the price they quoted. We will be using them for all our repairs in the future.

If you own a Lexus... This is the place!!! If I could give 6 stars I would!!! They put in a new suspension that finally solved the problem of dealing with KDSS. Not only that, the service was so spectacular and prices to match we had plenty of budget left over to bring this beast back to life!!! Racks, Guards, LED's, RIMS and off road tires! All sourced and impeccably installed, I can't say enough about Auto Tech West!! Lexus is a very difficult brand to upgrade, very difficult, they made this project so much fun and affordable! Repair, Maintenance or Upgrade, JUST CALL, you'll be so impressed.

If I could give 6 stars to this business I would. Yesterday, to my misfortune, my 2011 Mazda 3 Hatch decided to not start for me. I walked over to Auto Tech West as they were close by and told them my situation, the owner Eric drove me over to my car to take a look at it for me and let me know I needed a new Starter Motor. I don't think any other mechanic shop would go out of their way to do that for a customer... They recommended a towing company and got my car to the shop within the hour, for a very reasonable price as well. Their receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable and they were able to get the repair done by the next morning, again for a very reasonable price. I was in such a panic coming into the shop not knowing if they would help or not, but they went out of their way to assist me. I will definitely be returning for future repairs and will continue to recommend them to others!

Eric is amazing, always great about communicating what is going on with your car and asking for authorization and the cost of repairs before doing any work. He's super friendly and great about explaining what needs to be done and how soon it can get fixed. Highly recommend his shop if you want an honest and friendly mechanic.
