Great and friendly service. I am used to self serve LCBO and not familiar with the process at the Beer store. The staff were very helpful and patient with me.

Staff is efficient and friendly but the manager should stay away from serving customers.

Great selection to choose from but customer service is very poor. When you return empty bottles the customer service awful the staff get mad and give you attitude. Need a change in management to boost staff morale.

This new manager has rounded the beer store. What was a nice place to by beer has turned to a headache just to return emptys. Have to take everything to the cash, with no black bins for empty cans. This is only during the week. But the staff on weekends are trying to make it right. With good friendly costumer service. Good job to the staff on the weekends.
