This is now the place I will go anytime I need new bedding. Specifically the Coquitlam location, and specifically because of the unbelievably good experience we had with with salesperson Angie. My partner and I just got a new king size bed and needed all new everything for it. Angie provided a shopping experience that you simply just do not find anymore these days. She was so kind and helpful, showed us everything we wanted to see and took time to explain the differences between materials and options. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything in the store and guided us toward our best possible options, within our price ranges and answered all the questions we had about caring for our new bedding. I cannot recommend this location enough! I should also say that we felt very welcomed and felt our business was appreciated, which is always nice when you are part of the LGBT community.

customer service are one of the worst I've seen. The employees there are ungenuine. I bought a fitted sheet from there and the size was wrong so I wanted an exchange. They told me I can't exchange because I opened it. But the policy clearly stated as long as it's undamaged, unused, unlaundered and in its original packaging, I can return or exchange. But they are too lazy to do the refund process, and rejected my exchange. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Love it here so much, shopped multiple times. Very helpful staff! They are very knowledgable about the materials and qualities of the various linens and duvets. They helped me in selecting bedding. I am very extremely happy with my purchases. Won't purchase from anywhere else!

We had the most amazing customer service from Lei tonight. We purchased a bedding set and she searched multiple shelves and the back room to ensure we had the complete set of decorative pillows and bed skirt. She was determined to find the 1 bed skirt we needed and literally cleared out shelves to find it as the computer said there was one in the store. She was helpful and patient and made sure we knew what the price was on each piece before we made a final decision. We had no intentions of purchasing an entirely new bedding set tonight but thanks to Lei's great customer service a sale was made and we are thrilled!

This store is the perfect place to find a quality duvet in silk, wool, bamboo or whatever you're looking for. They have tons of bedding options and knowledgeable advice for buying a really well made duvet. Sonia was extremely helpful. I spent weeks looking around when I remembered this store and sure enough they had exactly what we needed.

Really good service overall! Was hesitant at first because they didn't seem like they'd let me exchange my purchase, but after bringing it in and having a discussion, they allowed for an unusual exchange. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Went here 2 weeks ago, and the woman helping us seemed unamused, bored, tired, and didn’t feel like putting much effort when helping us. Went here again today to return something, and now another woman helped us. She seemed super nice, and helpful.

I bought these pillows there and they are amazing. At first I was worried I may not like memory foam (I'd always slept on just down pillows), but it turned out very good and worth the money.I think I am going to go back to this store to see what else they have.P.s. there is no option to return pillows even if the box is not opened. I didn't need to return them, buy it's good to know this before you buy them.

My partner and I just had the most pleasant and lovely experience with Angie at the Coquitlam Centre location. I have rarely been so blown away by the level of kindness and customer service we experienced today. If yoj can get Angie's help, I highly recommend it! We got a new duvet cover, pillow cases, and sheets and it was quick, easy, and lovely. Thanks so much!! Also, our visit was trans friendly, just so people know :)

Friendly helpful staff and a nice line of products. Was incredibly tempted by the kids dinosaur coverlet, not going to lie. Lots of floral prints in this place but that's hard to get away from in bedding.
