Wish I could leave zero stars! Worst experience with the front staff ever. Maybe they should be trained a little better. Starting with being put on hold for 17 minutes when calling in…. Unacceptable. Then everyone you speak with there will give you a different answer. Will now be going to a different vet. Guess it’s true that you pay for what you get.. definitely the case here. Staff is horrible!

Had a great experience bringing my girl Meeka in for her getting spade. I was hesitant and nervous due to past trauma that has happened with my previous dog done elsewhere and my mind was put at ease by the techs and doctor. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the prices were reasonable! We will be back for sure! Thanks everyone who was a big help!

Brought my German shepherd in who we already know can be difficult at the vet. Prior to bringing him, we explained all the issues he’s had prior and made requests to see a female vet WITHOUT the white coat (he has had a bad experience prior and we’re trying to think of everything to make this trip smooth as possible). We waited for half a hour for the tech to come in despite having an appointment which led my dog to start getting anxious. And waiting even longer for the vet. The vet came in wearing her white coat, and immediately started touching my dogs ears which then led him to become scared. No time was taken to greet my dog or make him feel comfortable whatsoever. She handed a couple treats and gave up after the first try and went to get a muzzle which he would not allow us to put on now that he was already scared. They gave us drugs to calm him down for next time (over $100) and a pamphlet on how to muzzle train and sent us on our way. I’ll be trying another vet chain altogether in hopes they might have some standard of care. I was there for 1.5 hours in total and saw the vet for all of 10 minutes.I understand the importance of muzzle training however, no one took any time or effort to even try to make him comfortable before poking and prodding.UPDATE: they called us and said if we removed this review they would sell me a muzzle (the ones vets use) at their cost and if I did not remove this I would have to pay for it at a marked up price. I have two large breed dogs and I won’t be bringing either of them back there.

For work I am required to move frequently, I have taken my dogs to many clinics, some better then others. After reading the reviews for this clinic I decided to give them a go.My first impression walking in the door was better then expected due to the reviews, the clinic was clean and the staff were happy and very easy to talk to, never once did I feel rushed or like I wasn't a priority. The clinic was clean and well organized, I felt good about my choice, right away I know if I feel calm and comfortable my dogs will pick up on that and they will be calm and happy as well. This is important, dogs can sense stress and hostility. My appointment was a few minutes behind schedule, however I was informed right at check in that they were running behind due to an emergency, the heads up was much appreciated.Routine check up for the dogs, all of my care options well explained nd well presented and we were off to the dog park for some fun.Kudos to all the staff at this clinic for making finding a new clinic so very easy. We look forward to our next visit.

They don't care about your pets, just your google reviews! After mistreating my son's dog and taking his money but not doing anything they had promised to do for our very anxious dog, they have offered a discount for a product, but only if we remove a 1 star (zero stars should be an option) review. Otherwise, she said we have to pay full price. Needless to say, the review isn't going anywhere and we're looking for a vet that is actually more concerned about our dogs care and less about a google review.

If it is possible to give them 0, I would definitely do that. I'm not really one to leave bad reviews, but this was really too much. Two months ago, we brought the dog for an examination and consultation regarding travel documents. Received totally invalid information. At the same time, they emphasized several times on phone and in person, that the dog will traveling, asked for steps, and received completely accurate instructions. No one signs their work completely nameless on any paper, and you have to follow every step of what they write, what they do, mistakes in every step. Totally without training, the staff just wanders and is out of sync. Before the day of the trip, imagine they knowing the procedure that does not agree at all with the previously issued instructions. The first thing they offer are tablets for drugging animals. When I was making an appointment, they say on phone one price, and when you come to pay three times the price for the service that their employee said over the phone. The dog is completely healthy and vaccinated not in their office. And the complete experience with them is over $600. Without the finished work and the question whether the dog will be able to travel at all because we do not have an appointment with the CFIA. CFIA they didn’t mention on several phone calls or on first appointment.Appalled by their business and manner of treatment, approach and amount of carelessness. And imagine what would happen if the dog needed some treatment from their side?

Very unpleasant experience with this pet hospital. Our dog is very healthy, I we brought him just to be examined so we can travel out of country. We came twice and were charged around $620, and at the end of the day, we did not get travel certification, but we're told to go to the government agency for the final certification. Nobody from the hospital explained to us what actually the procedure was, and thus, we were left without the cerifification, just less than 24 hours before the flight. Certainly, I will avoid this pet hospital as a very unprofessional and money grabber.

Terrible service. I always have to wait 40 minutes before being seen, despite having an appointment. Today's appointment took me nearly 2 hours including the wait time before and during the visit. Every time you visit there is a different vet. The vets and technicians couldn't handle my small dog. They couldn't do the healthy pet exam and still charged me for it. They wanted to muzzle my dog and couldn't do that properly and cut her lip. My other dog was also at this clinic for a nail trim and I could hear her yelping in the back as every time they cut her quick. I do NOT recommend this clinic.

Just brought my miniature dachshund in for the first time - she was getting spayed. Vet tech was amazing and explained everything prior to the procedure. Vet came in with a very calm and assured demeanour which helped settle any nerves I had. She ended up needing to come back because one of the stitches ripped - the staff were quick to get her back in and resolve the issue.
