The person at the drive thru is the worst. Won’t even let me finish a sentence without cutting me off with, “anything else?” I said I wanted an ice cap with chocolate milk but while I was saying “with chocolate milk” she was talking over me “anything else?” and of course didn’t hear me and adds a regular ice cap. Then I tell her she talked over me and then I ask for a smoothie and I’m not even done talking and again she’s talking over me “anything else?” Like give your customers a chance to finish talking. It was insane. Worst drive thru ever. Maybe wait 5 seconds before you ask “anything else” instead of asking WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS STILL SPEAKING. Never going back there.

Been going to this Tims for years and years but I will NEVER go back after today. On the weekend I placed my order not only did they mess up the English muffin I asked for a 10 pack of the chocolate Tim bits and only received one chocolate and the rest were mixed. I went there today to get the right order I ended up having to argue with the manger because she didn’t believe me and said this is an inconvenience for them because I am holding the line up!!!

This was my regular morning coffee location until I ordered two wrap Combos and two coffees. The cashier dropped my $20 bill which blew underneath my truck and I spent 15 minutes moving my truck to try and find the bill for them finally the manager came out and couldn't find it but I spotted the bill in my mirror got out picked it up out of the bushes handed it to her. And they wouldn't even discount a single coffee. I literally had to threaten to call the non-emergency line and refuse to leave after parking and going inside I told them I wanted a full refund and when the manager came out and agreed to refund me everything and take the food I felt bad about wasting food so I asked for my money back for the coffee. We were able to figure out common ground and they covered my coffee and I paid for the food but I will never come here again. Do not use this location use any other location and if you decide to anyways do not use cash at this location

I really like the renovation they did here recently: everything looks fresh and clean. The outside seating area is a nice touch on a nice day. As far as tim hortons go (they’re almost all terrible), this location seems more on-the-ball. Much cleaner than other locations, and the morning staff at least seem to be quite efficient and hard-working.

As per usual this is one of the most unorganized locations I have ever been to. They're seriously needs to be a manager on this site that does some major training. There's more than enough staff at this location for this to be an issue. Anybody who ever goes into the location instead of through drive-thru is last priority. They will help 10 people in the Drive-Thru before helping one person inside. It should not take 3 to 5 minutes to go through the drive-thru and 15 to 20 minutes to go inside. Rather train your staff better at this location or get better staff. And maybe have them stop clearing there wait times when food is still not given. Just because it looks like they're quick because they clear the dash before food is ready doesn't mean they are quick

Service is always swift for the drive-thru because every single worker is working it due to the unrealistic/ time restraints upper management/corporate has put on the drive thru. The inside service counter is often slow and frustrated. There was a really strong Mon-Fri morning staff that was completely replaced ~2 months ago and customer service has been lacking since. At least the renovations look good.

This review is about having a job here, I would never recommend anyone to ever get a job at this Tim Hortans location. Everyone is so mean, they are just in a rush to get their drive through time down that they don’t care about how hard your working, or if your even making the food correctly. This one time while I was working, my manager was yelling in my ear to hurry up that in that hurry I ended up spilling a extra large cup of coffee in a customer. Also, the coffee is never 20 minutes fresh. They keep on changing the numbers on the pots. Don’t work here please , the people there are too crazy to be on top of the management in this location that they will do anything to bully you and ensure that they are on the top

Excellent location. I really like the renovations and look of this Tim Hortons. And it wasn't too busy like other locations as well. I took the liberty of adding the hours into Google Maps as posted on the door of this business, hard to read as I can't tell if it's 5am or 6 am. This location was marked as temporarily closed or shutdown. Which may have been a reason as to why a lot of people weren't going there. I had seen this location many times on maps but it was showing that it was shutdown. So I had never went. And I would imagine this was a factor for a lot of people.

Extremely rushed and rude experience every time I have come here. Lucky if you receive the right food or correct bill. No hello no eye contact 0 stars. I live down the street but don’t go here at all anymore solely due to the customer service experience.Used to go to Tim Hortons everyday but not anymore.
