Auto Loan Nova Scotia

To start, I will say it was a pleasant experience buying a car from here.Though, I am disappointed in how the inspection of the car was done. I was told this car would be one with no major work needed, as I’m planning a road trip around Canada in the future.But after experiencing some issues, that I thought was general wear and tear of an older car (to be expected).I was told a hole was found in my oil gasket (which had to be fixed) causing oil to fall onto my spark plugs (which needed to be replaced) and for water to get into my oil (which I had to flush two times to ensure no more moisture).As this hole was definitely there at the time of selling, it just seemed like something that should’ve been found and dealt with prior.It caused me a lot of money and stress into fixing, after already spending so much of my money into buying this car.

Jeff was amazing to deal with. Honest, transparent and knowledgeable. He puts in an extraordinary amount of time and effort to get the best possible deal. I highly recommend consulting with Jeff for any vehicle purchase.

I went bankrupt almost 4 years ago and needed a fresh start to reestablish my credit and being given that chance through the effort that Jeff put forward I’m well on my way to getting my credit back where it should be! The worst disrespectful experience I've ever had in my life was in dealing with Jeff. It was obvious from the first phone call. When I went for the viewing, he didn't even want to look to our face when we entered his office. When I said good morning, his reply was, is it still morning. What a reply! Although I came 5 minutes earlier to my appointment.The way he was talking was very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Although nothing was said directly but I felt racism all over the place.Update:Concluding the mistreatment during my visit in the last 10 seconds is a total lie. Jeff didn't either try to look at our face, talking to us while looking to his phone, and didn't reply in a decent way to good morning"As for the price negotiation

Me and my husband had an awful experience with Jeff. We came in to see a car and he was extremely rude , made us feel very unwelcome and wouldn’t even show us the car saying if it’s not in our budget we shouldn’t see it anyway. Will never be coming back to that awful place ever again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
