John has provided great service to us in the past. We recently traded in our 5th wheel and ordered a new Motorhome. That required us to have our Jeep modified to be Flat Towed. Finding an RV Shop to tackle this is not easy. My son in law needed the same modification to his vehicle. He gave John a call and he was very helpful in getting these 2 vehicles scheduled for this work. John recommended the Patriot Towing and Braking System. A lot of work and wiring for sure but boy John does an excellent job and these installations were no exception. Its such a pleasure to interact with John and others in the family. Obviously many customers love the personal touch and they know where they can get top notch work at much better rates than those RV Dealers we all have experienced! Thanks John! One star. That's it. Its for the parts showroom which is well stocked for older out dated parts. Those parts also come with the dust from the 70s and 80s. Also could use better lighting in the showroom. The view from Hwy 3 it looks like a RVs were abandoned there. Everything is just parked all over and sinking in the grass. Last gripe... The pot hole infested, narrow and muddy driveway. What is the problem with grading and smoothing out the laneway with a few tons of gravel?? Service department is very knowledgeable on all RV related matters

I’ve taken my camper trailer to every RV service centre in London and surrounding areas for service and repair over the years. This place is the best by far. The quality of work is unmatched and they can handle more complex repairs than the other service centres i’ve been to.

I could not be happier with the service I received at Elgin RV. The staff are very personable and happy to answer your questions with a smile. It’s a smaller shop with huge hearts. Their work is high quality and no job is too big. I was so impressed with them taking the time to get explain everything and calm my nerves when I discovered a leak in my RV. They explained the process and booked me in.

We love going to elgin rv for all of the parts that we need! Very friendly people. Recently went in for a list of random things I needed to clean up my trailer for selling and they helped me out and had just about everything in stock. Definitely recommend!

WORST PLACE EVER!! I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to have our trailer repaired. 3 weeks later we call to see if it’s done. We were told the end of the week it would be done. Called back a week later only to be told it hasn’t been started. It’s been a MONTH!! Doesn’t return calls when I leave a message. It’s getting cold and we need to winterize the trailer so going to pick it up still broken! This is NOT the way to run a business!!! Horrible!

Great, great place!!! John spent all day hooking up a base plate & tow bars & other accessories. He is great problem solver. Very professional and courteous!!! I highly recommend this family owned business. His teenage son was a great help also. I felt very confident driving away. Thanks guys!
