Brought my car in for appointment for key fobs not connecting, expecting to have to leave car for the day, however, they realized it was something simple and fixed in a few minutes saving me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I love this service centre and always bring my CRV in for repairs and check ups. Awesome customer service!

I disappointed with Campus Honda last year when they threw a big bill to me to say that I need a new car. But my honda crv is so great that I've got it running in perfect condition again this whole past year with a cost of 20% their bill. I thought I am not going to come back there again!A Honda call center called me to persuade me to give them another chance but through it again I regret. They are not better but worst even though they would blame the pandemic. Everything is at least 2 times more expensive + labor charges , just so you can get warranties. Just want to write to let everyone knows to decide!

I went to Campus Honda because of an air bag recall from the company. Outstanding service from start to finish with all personnel and a terrific lounge to enjoy with a wide range of drinks while you wait. When the job was done and I returned to my car, the outside of the vehicle and all windows had been thoroughly washed (the car certainly needed it) and the interior had been cleaned as well. That is certainly going the extra distance on service!

Took my 2015 fit here for a noise on start up, and had excellent service from the start. I purchased extended warranty from the dealership i got the car from, and wasn't really sure how it worked. Bonnie was so kind and patient helping me through the whole thing and I will definitely be back.

I seriously had the best service at this Honda dealership, than any other Honda I've ever been too. Not only have they been so helpful for each of the three visits my car has been in for recently, but they were so understanding when I was over an hour late for my scheduled appointment, and then on the last visit they didn't even charge me for the quick fix fuse that needed replacing as it took them such a small amount of time. They are honest, professional, organized, understanding and I have full trust that if, or when, my car needs work, that I am not being overcharged or gouged. Thanks Honda! You were all amazing! Great job!

I am leasing a Honda CRV and need to break the lease due to hardship. The manager Chris Yu was very understanding and helpful and has gone the extra mile to help me with this situation. Due to my health also not being good, his helping me through this situation has really meant alot to me and I would recommend anyone to buy or lease at Honda City in Victoria due to their great customer service and experience. Thank you again.
