Such quick and friendly service, lots of places advertise walk in service but then say they have no one available - Not the case here. In and out under 5 minutes with a happy puppy! Highly recommend!

Best place to take your dog for grooming or nail trim. My dog hates getting his nails done, and the employees are excellent at handling him. The staff are always friendly, making the experience smooth and calm.

Took my dog for a walk in nail trim. I was nervous cause he’s a whiny brat but the staff was reassuring and very accommodating for my boy. Service was fast and staff very friendly. We will be back for sure

I have been taking my dog Duke Here for years to get his nails trimmed, paws cleaned and ears cleaned. I have always received exceptional service. Duke is a very tall lanky mixed breed and has super ticklish paws. They take the extra time to be patient with him sometimes even having two people with him. Not anywhere in the city have I received such good service. I am looking forward to trying out their grooming service as well.

The only place I take my pups for nail trims. The ladies here are always super friendly and do a great job.

My dog (a Coton de Tuléar) had matting after having to wear a cone for 4 weeks. They shaved all his fur off. But, in the process, they traumatized him so badly, he did nothing but shake and whimper for more than 24 hours. He wouldn't eat, drink, or even leave his crate. I tried to remove him from the crate and he just hid. I had to get medication from his vet.It took days for him to start to show normal behaviour and, to this day (this was about 2 months ago), he becomes hysterical if I try to brush him.They also nicked his ears but told me that, He had matting behind his ears and that caused hematoma. And that's why his ears are bleeding." Hematomas don't cause bleeding. Cuts do."

Wonderful find. Always so accommodating and upbeat. So pleased I tried them for walk-in toenail trims. Will definitely use them for full grooming when I get a new puppy.
