I called and ordered a birthday cake (Oreo slab), which requires 48hrs notice - I was just trying my luck, as I was ordering with 24hrs:(. The rep on the phone was so pleasant and accommodating. She even know what I was gonna order, before I told her :). She noted, she would drop everything she’s doing and get it done, so I could have it in the short time frame that I was ordering. What amazing customer service. Thank you very much.

Amazing service last night from the girl who served me. It was my first time there and she explained to me how everything worked. She helped me with the toppings and made my ice cream delicious. I loved the ice cream and the experience. Thank you to the girl last night who helped me out definitely coming back!!

There are so many options to explore so going there is always exciting. They mix the toppings in the ice cream right in front of you. The employees are extra friendly too - I could tell Anita was very skilled by the way they handled my order (a custom litre) even when it was busy. This is still my go to branch since two years ago when I discovered it.

First and foremost, i would give my kudos and credits to Anita. Despite being a lone soldier she was able to handle about 6 different customer orders without being flustered. Anita, was very warm and welcoming to my partner and I upon coming and displayed great hospitality. Anita maintained professionalism, all the while serving my partner and I. If i could remember the names of the other staff i would be able to specify. However, unfortunately i do not at this moment. Nonetheless, ive come in on a close to close time, and the establishment was rather ran sack, meaning busy customers lining up out the door. I noticed some customers being rude to the employees. Saying rather hurtful words, these employees were willing to continue to smile and finish their job.To sum it up, this is an establishment that i would return to and frequent.

I have always had a pleasant experience ordering here. It has been 4 years since my last visit (I no longer live near and since pandemic closures).I went with my daughter and we both ordered. Pari (spelling?) created our delicious ice cream with a smile, and was patient, friendly, yet efficient. I inquired about a topping that wasn't displayed, and instead of brushing me off or telling me it wasn't available, she went and checked the back for it, and found it. Would highly recommend.

I like the lice cream of Marbel Slab Creamery. It's an expensive ice cream but in my opinion it's totally worth it. As the quality of ice cream is so much better.I visited the place on Saturday evening and it was busy as it was a beautiful day outside so everyone was in the store to enjoy the ice cream.I went with my kids and we orderedFrost bite ice cream in a coneGourmet Brownie and ice cream SundaeAnd I took Cookies and Cream Milkshake.The service of the store was fast and the customer service was good.We got our oder on time and we paid $30 for all the 3 products.I would give them 8 out of 10.

Went in with my wife for a cake for our daughters grad...Anita was amazing and very helpful!! Helped us narrow down choices based on our daughters flavour preferences...amazing customer service. A great experience, thank you Anita and we'll be back soon!
