Bought a 16 bike off Amazon from these guys. Bike was exceptional value for the price

3 years ago, I purchased a folding e-bike from SoloRock. (This was after doing careful research comparing all the available options on e-bikes available in the GTA area at the time)This has been one of the best purchases I made.I'm extremely happy with the build quality, performance of the bike.The owner Charles is a very kind hearted, knowledgeable expert with a strong mechanical engineering background. I have also had very positive interactions with Ken who works for the store.This is definitely the BEST place in Toronto to purchase a high quality folding bike.

Amazing place. The absolute best products and service. These guys are so amazing that I broke a piece from my bike and I sent them a picture of it, and they took it upon themselves to send me a new one at no charge and this was not a cheap part either . I couldn't believe it when the package showed up. I will definitely buy another bike from these guys. They have a great selection and their prices are unbeatable. Thanks again guys.

Charles is a solid and trust worthy person. I bought a dishwasher from his business and the entire process and quality has been wonderful. As a person Charles is honest and straightforward. He gives honest advice and strives to make it as affordable as possible. The product I bought was of high quality- Combined with Charles’ cooperative, customer approach, exceptional value is created. I hardly give 5 stars, I can affirm this business has merited this review.

We bought a electric bike on May 2020, after riding for a while the tire got flat. We changed a new tire but still flat again. So we guessed there is something else. My husband called the store owner but he doesn’t want to cooperate with us, just say going to local store the change the tire. My husband tried to explain to him the issue is not the tire. After fighting, he said bring the bike to the store and charge us whatever cost to repair while he said clearly to us that guarantee is one year and there will be no cost for repairing anything at all. We will never come back. His attitude is so rude.

Purchased a ventless washer-dryer two years ago after searching for this unique machine for some time. The owner was very helpful in helping me understand how it worked and how to hook it up. Fast forward two years later. Had a service problem...they picked up the machine, fixed it at a Very reasonable price ,returned it and hooked it all back up. The product and service here is wonderful! Thanks for being there guys!

We purchased two Blue 20 7 speed Wonder Steel Bikes from Charles back in May of 2017. We are 100% satisfied with these bikes and would highly recommend folks to purchase this bike.Charles was very helpful at the time of purchase – thanks Charles – appreciated your assistance in aiding us to make this purchase.My wife Loves her Bike! Awesome bike and customer services!Mine is 20'' Hunter Model. The staff just delivered the bike to my house today and has shown me how to fold and unfold the bike. The bike was ready to rock out of the box.First, they provide great customer services. Before the purchase, I have been researching a reasonable price folding bike on Amazon and Facebook Marketplace. Compared to GoPlus and Zizzo, SoloRock has addressed every single of my questions promptly. If you check other local stores, usually they do not accept returns, and the warranty seems like an issue.Although the price is slightly expensive than the above two models, they offer a free return and free shipping. The quality is solid built. The major parts are all aluminum. After my first riding, it is very comfortable. If you plan to ride more than an hour, you might need a more cushioning seat.Their office is in Mississauga, so it will be convenient in case you need to repair or return the bike.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I am looking forward to more adventures with my new bike. I hope this will help with your purchase.

My wife and I have owned the Solorock (7 speed 20 inch steel folding bike). for almost 3 1/2 yrs. It has been quite disappointing and a rollercoaster for us since we’ve only ridden the bike 4 times! Here are some concerns/issues we encountered. I would like to list the pros/cons:Pros:1)Its very convenient that the bike can fold away saving space in the car. It is nice and compact which we liked a lot.2)It looks nice and stylish.3)When there werent any issues it rode good.4)There is usually an immediate response within a few hrs or the next day from the owner/Charles.Cons:1)The chain always clicks or has a rattling sound when changinggears. This happened to both (my wife and I) our bikes. Eventually the chain snapped off for my wife when she was riding straight ahead on a smooth pavement at the park.2)The pedal stripped off on my bike after only riding it on the 2nd time. I was riding up a hill on a smooth pavement surface. I would assume any bike should be able to withstand the force and weight of a person going up a hill? By the way Im 5”9 and weigh 170lbs.3)The bike feels delicate/fragile so Im afraid of something will break or fall apart.4)The tires dont feel of quality and Im worried it may burst. We are constantly riding slow and cautious.5)I emailed the owner/Charles and unfortunately he doesnt buy back his bikes. He said he doesn’t sell used bikes at his store.My take is that the bikes look great but performance and parts are a huge fail for us. We didn’t have a good experience with the bikes and only riding it a few times as there were constant issues. Unfortunately, we were very busy over the years so never had a good chance to really ride the bikes at all. We bought our bikes at the Mississauga location. The owner (Charles) is an upfront individual that has a passion for his bikes. He is knowledgable and responds quite quickly via email or by telephone. Most or all of the parts of the bike are obviously from China so I would caution you to thoroughly investigate on your own the quality of the components of the bike before purchasing.
