Called about board and the gentlemen named Ken who answered the phone was so rude that I will not be making a time to meet him. Rude on the phone, wasn't helpful and didn't seem to want my mare there. He asked personal questions that no boarder should ask and made me very uncomfortable. And he hung up on me to boot when I said I'd call back with a time to come out. Seriously you're representing not only yourself, but your business. Shame on you.

Ken is blunt and to the point, an amazing horse whisperer.. and a true cowboy.. If words can hurt you, don't bother cause he tells it how it is and thats what i like.. blunt and to the point, if i make a mistake, i want to know..Rafter Diamond has also made me a stronger person ..And Kerri-Lee is amazing with the children when it comes to taking lessons. this ranch is all around awesome.. highly recommend
