We went to Public Storage yesterday to look into a store rental unit while we are having some work done to our home. Imderjit was so helpful I showing us the sizes of the units we were looking for and recommending a bigger one for almost the same price. When we made our decision, she also made sure that our unit would be as close as possible to the loading area as she could get us. While we were filling out the paperwork Byron helped answer some questions we had and kept our kids entertained with questions. It was a great first experience with storage rentals

Excellent customer service when reserving a unit over the phone and in person. Byron, John, and Will were very professional, helpful and friendly. I felt I got a good deal when renting my storage unit. The security measures they take ensure your belongings are safe and the facilities allow easy loading/unloading into your storage unit. There is also lots of room in the lot to maneuver a truck and trailer if needed. I would recommend this business.

Very nice clean secure facility. Friendly staff, very helpful and Inderjit went above and beyond going over all of my rate options and service needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They blow the competition out of the water having previously used a different storage company that I was less than impressed with. Public Storage will get all my future moving business.

Incredible service from the team at Public Storage Jackson Port! Walked in with questions about unit sizes and pricing...and John was able to give us a tour of the facility and showed us multiple units to give a better idea of what unit we needed. We even found a larger unit on the second floor, which was a big plus. No pressure from John to sign the contract that day, but he did help reserve it for us just in case.Came back today and the ladies at the front desk (Inderjit and Melissa) were super helpful and so kind.Big thumbs up from me and my family to this team!!

I showed up late on a Saturday shortly before closing, yet their friendly and courteous staff were able to give me a tour of their very clean and secure facility, ran me through various options, and had my paperwork done and me on my way in record time. The staff was amazing, and even got me double the space at minimal cost, saving me time and effort in the long run. I’d definitely recommend, they were way better than anywhere else I contacted.

I've rented a unit there twice. It's a convenient location for me as I work at the airport. There's a bus stop right in front of this place.These units are only compatible with a specific type of lock (cylindrical).Inderjit is always friendly and personable.I would rent there again.

My experience this evening was great. My husband and I received a friendly welcome. We arrived on short notice and we were able to get a storage unit suitable for our needs. Inderpit and John were very professional and showed good customer service.Impressive service.

I got a very affordable price for my first month! The storage units are nice and clean and are good sizes! I personally rented the 10x10 which for my couches and all boxes in! Byron and John were a great help!

The service is excellent! We ended our storage contracts at Public Storage @11278 36 St NE two days ago. Our belongings and items are in good conditions. As time was so limited to move everything out, we had to leave some packing paper in the storage room and asked the staff if it was OK. The staff checked the room and found that there was not much of it and said “No problem!” So, I want to say “Thank You” to Byron, John and Will~~
