Love the selections of toys, treats and accessories. But the lady who works at the cashier isn't the friendliest. A bunch of pet owners i know said the same thing. If you are the owner and reading this please please find someone who is at least friendly and love their job. You are losing business.

Walking around The Distillery Historic District and see a Pet Store. Must go and shop. Bright and very colorful, filled with pet toys, chic dog bowls to serve your dog's gourmet meals. Attractive leashes and collars, or the most amazing dog beds. Sniffany & Co’s selection of offerings for your dog (and you) promises to delight. Even friendly store dog's to meet you on arrival. And our Mr. Clooney approves.

I am from the states and I just popped in to the store for the fun of it. I left with amazing gifts for my dog (Oreo) back home. I loved the unique varieties for dogs and cats. It makes having a pet special. Thanks to the amazing customer service for their patience and great help! I wouldn't shy away from returning to this store, if I am ever in toronto again. Amazing!!!

Such a hidden gem. I rarely encounter such cute and well-curated pet stores in Toronto. The prices a bit high but the selection is massive - they definitely have every type of toy or treat you can imagine. Obviously, my Shiba loves it here.

This is one of the loveliest dog boutiques I have ever been in! It has the most diverse stock of items from all over the world and the items are all hand-picked by the wonderful owner, who you can tell is crazy about dogs and loves spoiling them!! The owner is very sweet and generous and absolutely loves when you bring your dog into the store with you. She has free samples and treats stocked all over the store and encourages owners to help themselves for their dogs! The owner is super friendly and is a true professional! Would recommend Sniffany’s to anyone with a dog they’re crazy about and would do anything for! Absolutely love this place!!!

Great selection of toys and pet accessories! Owner was very kind and patient, answering all my questions and inquiries about the various products they have. My puppy loved her new toy so much she takes it everywhere (including to bed!)

Ordered a GF Pet Jacket for our dog. Small mix up with the store on shipping, but the excellent customer service hand dropped the jacket to our home. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality items for their beloved pet.

Stopped by today to browse what they had for cats. Loved the extensive collection and the person behind the counter was very helpful and nice, made me feel confident I was buying the best for my cat. Love variety in what they carry and knowledge for dogs and cats!

Store use to be great, but they are now using the floor as storage for boxes and not controlling the crowds at all. As a result have seen multiple dogs (including my own) get into altercations because the store is full of choke points.The prices also are going up and they randomly close.
