An appointment was scheduled but they never showed up. I left messages but they never bothered calling back. Was left without a toilet for 4 days.

Super service de la part de Éric et Redouane. Ils ont rapidement cerné le problème et travaillaient efficacement pour une facture raisonnable. De plus, ils étaient souriants et très courtois pendant toute la réparation!

I had an appointment at 8am, they didn't show up so I called at 8:30 and they told me they would be here in a bit just running late because of the weather. Nothing at 10am, I called an no answer then left a message and they never called me back and didn't show up. Terrible service and I lost money because I had to take work off for nothing!
