Renee always greet me with a smile, she is knowledgeable, helpful, and always gives me great service. She is patient for all my questions about all the different flavors of the disposable vapes. I will not shop at any other vape store in Kelowna! The atmosphere is calm and clean. the prices are comparable to other stores.thank you for the amazing service Renee!

Ive wanted to write on review on the workers at this Vape store for quite sometime, I go often to this store sometimes daily and the customer service goes above and beyond as far as Im concerned so friendly So efficient and I have been very impressed with the professional manner they all have. I was in yesterday and saw a customer having an issue with being refunded her money for her product but was so rude and such a bully to the girl working there The girl working on her own was doing her very best to help her and I saw her trying every angel to make this unhappy customer happy within her ability. You know those Karen's that come in there's nothing you can do to make them happy. !!! This customer was Tik Tok worthy of a video let me tell you and had her boyfriend there with her to intimidate this poor girl. Having said that I see she wrote a Bad review But as that goes we all have easy access to reviews good or bad but this one she insults the worker as badly dyed hair Too young looking to work there Now I think that just says it all about her Bad review and the customers character ! She handled herself so well and I would not go anywhere else. Being insulted and bullied by customers IS NOT acceptable! By the way last thing!!! That young girl has great hair and a really sweet smile she handled herself like a Rock Star !!!

Great spot, walls and walls of e-juice for all vape hardware under the sun, including pen cartridges and disposables. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean and well organized the store is. Buddy working the shop was very knowledgeable on all products and helped me to troubleshoot a coil problem I was having before I'd even committed to buying anything. Prices are pretty standard from shop to shop in town, nothing was more expensive than my expectations. I made a few purchases, joined their discount program which was just a name and phone number and was on my way. Easy recommend.

This is kind of silly but I wanted to leave this review to praise the daytime worker here ( I can’t remember his name but the white guy in his late twenties). As a person who deals with depression and anxiety, sometimes this is the only person I see in a day…and I often dread going anywhere public, but each time I arrive here and make small talk over my purchase, I leave feeling a little less bad than I did when I arrived. Very kind soul and you are appreciated ❤️ Give this guy a raise.

The one lady was super helpful(I didn’t ask her name. But she had cool hand tattoos.) I wasn’t sure what type of coil I needed for mine and she was very knowledgeable and was super polite. Definitely will be back to this shop.

This is definitely one of the only vape shops I recommend anywhere. They had the pods I needed for a vape I purchased in another country! Wide selection of vapes & juices. The prices are the cheapest in town that I know of. I have to mention Joe specifically, who was so beyond helpful!! Had to write a review as soon as I got out of the store. :) thanks joe!

This is a very nice well put together shop lots of variety and the girl working the counter and floor is knowledgeable patient helpful polite she’s just a doll. BUT there is no TIP option on the machine which is just ridiculous for today imo the machine is capable they are not just running a till.. personalized front end sales and service they are deserving for all the indecisive multitude of personalities they encounter. It’s a consumers decision to tip their server the option should be present.

I came in to buy vape pods and there were some issues with the pods. I went back to return them as I had only removed them from the box but was unable to do so. I had to pick something as I couldn’t get my money back and wasn’t going to walk out the door and leave my money there. So I ended up leaving with a pack of pods I did not want to begin with. After leaving the store frustrated with the customer service I received and after I had written a poor review. I was then offered a pack of free pods for my troubles. I really appreciated that and the fact the owner Shane had reached out and wanted to make it right. However It seems they are unable to do refunds due to their debit provider. I was just shocked I spent my hard earned money and was not even able to get it back , and then being forced to choose something I did not want... causing me to leave a poor review. As I mentioned I really did appreciate them wanting to fix this, To be completely honest what I really wanted was my money back. So I could go buy what I actually wanted somewhere else. I went back in the next day to get my free pack of pods and Rene was there to greet me with a smile on her face and was very kind and apologized for everything and I could tell she meant it! (Rene if you are reading this I sincerely apologize once again) I just hope they resolve this issue for their future clientele. It’s clear they strive to have good customer service and they definitely showed me that!To top it all off they did have a customer in there named Lori Taylor behind me who could not mind her own business so much so she actually wrote a bad review about me, (her first review is about me haha! See it below) Calling me a Karen and saying I needed my boyfriend in there to help me intimidate this girl? Excuse me? .... NONE of this happened. I can’t believe this woman is bashing another woman publicly online she should be ashamed of herself! She had no idea about anything that had happened and just wanted to give her two sense. She even mentioned how I was a bully and how she wanted to film me (so messed up) because I was “Tik Tok worthy” I’m glad I could be the center of your world Lori! Call me names and bully all you want ! smh, I wish you the best in life with an attitude like that! :)
