rudest receptionist ever. A female receptionist first name start with A was very rude and interrupted me several time when I try to confirm my appointment. You are working in a service industry. Please have some work ethic!

Called them, booked an appointment for 6:50 pm the day after. Doubled checked with them since website said the closed at 4pm. The receptionist said, YeA JUsT ShOw Up At 6:50 pm". Showed up there

What an amazing experience at the YVR location. The ladies in reception were very professional yet friendly and gave me good advice. The clinic was very clean and I got the test result within 24 hours. Thank you again.

The clinic clearly responded to previous reviews about the former receptionist. The new one was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes (mind you, I was the first patient) and received my results in less than 48 hours. They also followed up to confirm that all information on my certificate was accurate. Very satisfied with their services

absolutely despicable customer service, at best it is one of the rudest and unprofessional receptionist. I can't say anything about the doctors. But basing of the receptionist professional conduct" their doctors and staff wont be far from it."

The doctor was great and so kind but the receptionist was quite rude. I asked her for a simple photocopy of my medical records (which was mandatory) and it was as if it was the end of the world for her. If you're going their for a medical with the doctor- great, but just be warned when you come in :)

Very friendly and kind reception staff and doctor at the YVR clinic. I required a covid test for travel and received my (negative) results in exactly 48 hours. Very safe environment. Thanks!!

Clinical coordinator was highly unprofessional in communication and organization. Does not know how to send Zoom links, and often has computer issues. Raised voice at me over the phone, hung up on me, and lacked professional conduct. The hired psychiatrist did not show up to the appointment and had to reschedule.
