Linda Caisley and her front desk staff were incredible. Their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond were truly heartwarming. My father had just passed and I went in with my father’s partner to have papers notarized that they had been in a common law relationship for over 50 years. Unfortunately it wasn’t the day for Linda to be notarizing. She also told us that we had the wrong forms. Rather than send us on our way to sort it out she quickly made some phone calls, researched online the form we needed, printed it out and had my father’s partner sign it and then notarized it immediately. No waiting 4 days until her notarizing day. My father’s partner could not believe how fortunate she was to have Linda there to help her. She was definitely our angel.

I needed some work done quickly and was very pleased Derrick could accommodate my needs. I would recommend him for your legal or notary work any time.

Went to get something notarized, just awful service. I ran a court reporting business for over 20 years so have dealt with many lawyers during my career, but this law firm (including the assigned associate lawyer, the receptionist, and the office manager) were unprofessional and borderline abusive. I agree with the other poor reviews on here. Stay away from them.

Literally every step of my transactions with this company went wrong from the receptionist not doing her job and then blaming me. Due to her error they changed a premium rate and told me pay it or go away 4 days before my house date closed on the Friday of a long weekend.Then they tried to overcharge me. Luckily I noticed and had that changed. That paperwork was not completed and I had to have that corrected.I would not recommend this company at all!

I’m shocked to see that this firm has employed Paule Moore (Paul Seeger). I retained Paule as counsel for my family law matter to leave an abusive relationship, and she promptly asked me how much money I had. I told her $10,000. She stole all of my money, did nothing, and was disciplines by the law society but due to the flaws in the system, I cannot get my money back. She ruined my life. My children and I lost our home, I lost my job, I had to move to the island and start over with absolutely NOTHING. She’s a criminal. During my entire time with her as counsel I questioned her billing and she verbally abused and threatened me. Do not give her one CENT!

Extremely helpful and responsive front desk staff. Although unfortunately they were not able to let me know of all documents required for service. Did say bring a pen and mask.... After waiting for my question to be answered, Alan was able to do so, with very little regard for the outcome of their short fallings in pre appointment service.

We were very pleased with the services Derrick provided. He is knowledgeable and very patient. We highly recommend him.

Overall I had a poor experience from the beginning.at this branch.The staff is not friendly at all on the phone and even less in person. They wrote their own office address wrong in a legal document!!...I had to mail them a draft directly from my bank which of course never got there on time because the address they provided was wrong!!..and payments on time are a very sensitive matter when you are doing a real estate transaction. It caused me lots of additional and unnecessary stress that I didn't needed at that moment. They also had to gave me money back as a remanent and they also did it wrong!!. Angie, an assistant, was very cooperative on emails. The receptionist of this branch is a sour lady and Lawrence Stevens provides a very mediocre service in every way. I wouldn't go there to trust them with your business when there's lots of more options in Kelowna.

The Notary Group went above and beyond to serve us quickly and professionally. The price was fair and the staff were friendly. We have used them for personal business, and we use them ongoing for our business needs. Great company!

I took appointment one week ago for notary service & I explained everything to receptionist that what paper we need to get done. I went there on my day of appointment. To my surprise the receptionist told me I don’t even have appointment with them. After 5 mins the other lady help her to find my name she found my name & then she said I don’t have appointment today it was yesterday like seriously i even can’t explain how unprofessional the staff was not helpful at all & at last they told that they even can’t provide notary service to those papers. They just wasted my time. The lady at front really need to update herself with knowledge of her work. Worst service ever
