They go out of their way to provide custom bouquets for their customers but also will ensure that the bouquet will make it to your vehicle safely in the extreme cold temperatures that we have in Winnipeg.They have gained a lifelong customer!

Flower was OK. The issue was the vase of the flowers. There's a small hairline crack at th bottom of the vase. I did not notice it at first because it is small. But next morning, i was surprise that our table and table linen is wet along with some paper documents.

My family have been customers for years but this one star is for my last visit June 09/2022.I arrived at the store to find the open signs flashing but the door locked. There were instructions on the door to call 2 different numbers to gain access to store but a sign said customers would also have to wear masks in the store ...I walked back to my car as the phone rang saying to myself how can you smell the flowers with a mask on".....drove to my local Safeway and spent about $200.00 on some floral arrangments and plants.You cannot run a storefront with the door locked in my opinion"

Bought premium flowers including chocolates from roys flower shop, least to say underwhelming. What we were expecting was the right picture what we got was the left. Considering we are paying almost $400 we were expecting something atleast close to the display picture however what we got was something we could have gone out and gotten ourselves from the local Walmart. Would definitely not recommend as i feel extremely scammed. The chocolate add-on was $30 just for a box of basic lindor chocolates. This is definitely not worth your money , i have lost $400 for what looked like a $20 flower bouquet and a box of lindor chocolates.

Received a bonsai a few months back. It was a larger bonsai, so it should have been somewhat established. It was given to me as a gift. When I opened the bag they packed it in, it smelled of mould. I followed the directions in watering Saturday’s and Tuesday’s. There were little flies on it as well.Fast forward a few months, the bonsai begins to dry out. I’ve been following the directions provided by this shop. I called the shop to ask questions, as everything I read online (and in a book I had purchased about maintaining healthy bonsai) I had tried (including removing the glued in decorative pebbles), to which I found bugs underneath. When I called and tried to speak to the woman who answered, she didn’t let me finish my sentence, she cut me off and started speaking loudly stating I wasn’t watering it. When she finished, I said that before she had cut me off, I was trying to tell her that I had been following the watering instructions provided by her shop. She dismissively shrugged me off and said if I “really wanted to, I could bring it in and speak with the Japanese guy. Cos he’s the one who handles them.” Which I found totally rude, and completely unnecessary.It had totally died on me, and when I tried to take the tree out, I found insect eggs in the roots.This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll never shop there, nor send anyone there. The woman on the phone was super rude. And now I’ve lost a plant that was a super thoughtful gift from someone.I had also received another plant from them, months before, that also had bugs in it. I managed to save half the plant, and rid it of the flies that were consuming it.My house is covered in all kinds of plants, and have managed to maintain them all for years, with no issue. And all of a sudden, the two plants I get from this shop barely last a few months. Absolutely disappointing.
