ATM's aren't open outside of business hrs.. what's the point of them other than taking the tellers job when the branch is open.. might as well just eliminate the tellers already. Hire a security guard to stand within the atm area when banks not open if need be.

Went to do a transaction with the teller. Had my 2 year old son with me. Asked to use the bathroom to change his nappy. They said I couldn’t due to CoviD. I was there in March, 2 years post COVID. I understand there are some COVID restrictions, but to deny my son from changing a full nappy is really disappointing.They said I could go to the coffee store next door. Unbelievable.

This Bank used to be good until they started charging you fees to pull out your own money. Its been brought to my attention if go through the teller they charge you .70 to pull money out that is ridiculous and I do not agree with it so I'm going to look into switching banks now. I did call in there was no help from the agent. I am with a different bank now thanks anyway. Only scammers make you pay to access your own money.

It was okay but vancyity in general I dontvfeelvlike they are trying to help me with my financial security they more or less make it incredibly difficult to withdrawal YOUR MONEY and then after frustrating you to the point of a mental break down and psychotic episode they finally give you a little part of the amount you asked for out of (agsin) YOUR MONEY.

Staff are nice but not consistent. They have been extremely rude to me at times. I feel I get much better service at any other branch. However, Vancity in general is a 5 star.

Attn: contractors who are also members. I just found out that you have to be union to do any construction work in the branches for VanCity. So like 80+% of contractors out there my company isn't allowed to work for VanCity even thou I have several accounts. As soon as I heard this I pulled all my money out and closed my accounts

Been a member since 1999. When the system change over came in- it has totally messed up my banking experience. I have had such a headache trying sort it all out. Someones elses credit card and billing payees are still attached to my account!I have had to learn about how to use the upgrades from facebook comments!I have decided this kind of customer service is extremely lacking and despite it being an improvement, it has only caused issue after issue by complicating my banking system.Taking my banking elsewhere. Sometimes things don't need fixing .

basically a bank, they really don't care about their customers, lines are long and there is a eastern european woman that grills me on everything, including my workers who go in their to cash their cheques. I also think they need more branches, 4 is not near enough for the size of Victoria
