We’ve been here a bunch of times for lunch more because Ethelred the only Mexican in Rome, but also because they have a nice outdoor patio.The service is good and the food is, too.It’s what you would expect from Mexican - you get chips and salsa when seated. They have margaritas, but I think they’re kind of weak.If there was another option for Mexican in Rome, we might rather try another place, but since it’s the only place in town - we eat here. I rated them 4 stars based on this. The reality is if there was any competition - I’d probably only rate them 3 stars.

I went to celebrate my daughters graduation from high school and she was looking forward to this dinner. Our food was horrible. I got steak carnitas and it was a tough piece of meat. My daughters boyfriend got a borito and the steak inside was tough as well. We all felt sick after eating at this discusting place. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I think I might have gotten food poising from this nasty food. GROSS!!!!!Worst & 42.00 I ever spent. Elizabeth Morgan

Just moved tonthe East coast from WA State. Looking for good authentic enchiladas. They came in a small tin and were about street taco size.I also burchSed some carnitas burritos. I Spent 70+ $ and the kids quesadillas were saturated with oil and a feta like cheese. The frys were soaked in oil we threa it all away. Very dissapointed. The bar looks cool but the cooking was sub par for quality mexican.

We love this place! I've tried many different items on the menu and I've never been disappointed. Plus you can't go wrong with happy hour frozen margaritas! Peach is my favorite! YUM

Our family has been eating here for many years. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the place as it is a bit rough around the edges, but cozy and clean. I usually get enchiladas and they are always delicious. My family has probably tried almost everything on the menu over the past few years and it's all been quite wonderful.
