I had poutine from here last year and wasn’t the biggest fan but last week I was craving a good chip truck poutine and Seguin Patate was open so I decided to try it again. I don’t know what changed since last year but the poutine I had was amazing, a solid 9/10. I was very impressed with how kind the employees were and how quick my lunch was ready, even though it was very busy. I’ve been craving their poutine since and will probably make this my go to spot to get poutine.

Seguin Patate has had its ups and downs, over the years. For the most patr, one thing that is a constant, is great fries and good burgers at a very reasonable price. The current staff are awesome and are extremely competent under pressure. Kudos to the team, and keep up the great work!

Definitely one of the better chip trucks in town. I've been going there a lot this year and have really enjoyed it every time. The Danny Burger is to die for try a fric fry too. Almost everything on the menu is good check it out you won't be disappointed

St. Albert Curds, good gravy and good enough fries to stand out. Nothing super fancy, but enough menu options to keep frequent visitors entertained. Valid place to go in Cornwall if you're stopping through and have never tried poutine, not to say its the only one :)
