super great people, good food, great environment. whoever took my order misheard what i had ordered (they sounded very similar) and when i realized it was the wrong pizza i called back and they gave me a new one within 10 mins. :)

Food is excellent.Only one waitress on a Saturday evening.First drinks took 20 mins and food 40 mins.The poor waitress was in a jogging motion trying to keep up.Two waitress would be much better and customers would be a lot happier

$9 for an enormous slice and a soda, in and out in under a minute, on fairly convenient route—and the staff are friendly. this is probably gonna be a new regular stop for me when heading out of the city.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews especially since I like the food here but for the second time in a row I asked for sauce on the donair and some on the side as well. What I got was no sauce on the donair and none on the side, literally a half made donair. I even asked if there was extra sauce on the side and she said yes. So disappointing.

It had been a long time since we had been to Pizza Town, so we thought we would give it a try for a change and the food and service did not disappoint. My wife and I decided to split a Meatzza pizza and my daughter got her own small Hawaiian pizza.I have eaten at a lot of different pizza establishments over the years and the one thing I always seem to struggle with is finding the right dough/crust. The dough/crust that we had was second to none. It was crispy, thin, and airy, not doughy like many pizza places.I would like to acknowledge our waitress Crystal for her amazing service and attentiveness. She made sure that we were looked after and had a great experience! Keep up the great work Crystal! They are lucky to have you there.The only real area of opportunity that I did notice and to be fair this might of just been the timing that we were there, but I did notice a couple of tables that were not cleaned yet and the seat next to us was empty with fries on the floor. I doubt this was the norm, so it was no doubt just bad timing and the staff had not gotten to it yet. I don't know what their staffing situation is like but I only noticed 1 waitress which I wondered how that would work if the restaurant was full.These are the only reasons that I am rating this experience as a 4.5/5 star. The service and food were definitely 5 stars and we will be back for sure!

We went to watch the World Juniors game Jan 5 .We were greeted by Sheldon the manager & Crystal was our server . Food was hot and tasty. Service was amazing . A secret the little gem spot in Sackville will return again .

Owner Sheldon and staff are absolutely Fantastic. The food is well above average for any Pizza establishment. They're licensed and serve Alcohol also.Furthermore they have a very wide array of excellent talent and music performances on the weekends and entertainment throughout the week.I highly recommend this spot to anyone. It is very well managed and an absolute idea atmosphere with a warm and fuzzy feeling.I have found myself coming back more frequently after my first visit. It is now my #1 choice for eating in, and dining out.P.s. This is where you will find the best Donair.

So we were told to try Pizzatown for donairs as we were back in the city having been gone for many years. We had tried KOD and Pizzaland and were saddened by the product. We first went to the Pizzatown LakesideLAKESIDE: I ordered three small with the works, meat thinly cut and well done. We were told that the meat is presliced so the thickness can't change. So be it. I still got them. They took about ten minutes and they were ready, probably because the frozen meat from the bag was quick to prepare. I was told to hold the bag upright as there was sauce that could get messy. Better beleive it. The tasteless sauce was runny like water. The meat was not well done but it was ok. Everything was drenched. The extra sauce was like water in the container.LOWER SACKVILLE: this donair was much better. We ordered three large, meat welldone with the works with sauce on the side. I was told that they would take a minute as the welldone meat takes time. They gave me a pager and said that I could have a seat. I waited for the page. Once the chime came through i jumped in anticipation. The donairs came in sealed containers with a pizza box full of donair sauce. The meat was excellent, if it was frozen I couldn't tell. The sauce was tasty and had a great consistency. They were the best donairs we have had, hands down.Go to Lower Sackville. I can't compare to any other Pizzatown other than Lakeside but Lakeside sucks, Lower Sackville rocks.
