Great service, friendly staff. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done on your vehicle. Having moved from Halifax it is nice to be able to get timely Service appointments for work that needs to be done.

Staff friendly but a little confused on the selling process. I bought my car last fall and have never purchased a vehicle before that I could not register right-a-way. Mix-ups from day one of the process. Odd, ended up driving across Canada without my car being fully registered in my name praying I would not be stopped trying to explain the situation. Was told I could register in AB and receive break on sales tax. Not the way it works, you have to be a resident of AB before purchasing out of province to qualify. Was sold tire warranty on worn out tires, bought winter tires in AB and had to ditch tires on the car, zero tread left. I did question the tread when I purchased the car, was taken of advantage of there. No the tires would not wear out driving across Canada. I feel a little taken advantage of. Also had to replace a gasket on the front tire axel. This car is a 2021 and should have been in top condition, as I was assured when I bought it. I would not buy a Nissan again because of these things. Very beware of very friendly staff…

A great experience starts and ends with the people. We had incredible service from every member of the staff that we met- personable, attentive, kind hearted, and hard working. It made the entire process fun and enjoyable, and made the 40 hours of driving to get the vehicle well worth it!As for the truck- it’s a beast. Absolutely love it. We had a wonderful experience working with Craig Brow to purchase our car. We had done our research in advance, however, Craig was there to answer every one of our additional questions and to help every step of the way. He is a gentleman, very caring and polite, and we appreciated our communications with Craig. He was easy to reach, via phone or text, and we received responses shortly after sending texts. Craig checked on us after our purchase to make sure we are happy with our purchase and that everything is okay. The car needed a minor service, and Craig booked it for us right away and at the earliest available time.Other team members were great, too, very courteous and helpful.Overall, we had a great experience, and we're enjoying our new (used) car, too.

I just bought a car from Nissan 2 weeks ago and I love it so much nick wells was the seller. I appreciate the patience he had with me. I love how Nissan shined it up for me. Fairly straightforward experience. Nick was quite helpful guiding through the process. They were not too pushy when trying to sell me on extras and gave me no grief on options I declined.
