Great place for cheaper prices. Check out the flyer or website before heading to the store. It is a little crazy in there so it helps to know what you are looking for from the start.

Helpful cherish staff. I was hoping for very cheap deals but turns out that this store didn’t had crazy deal at that time which I heard from other people. Finally I got Hamilton Beach Jar which as a good deal.

It's honestly criminal how this franchise is allowed to exist. If you want to waste your hard earned money on the worst possible products, look no further. Refurbished phone not reading sim card.. absolutely pathetic

Fast and friendly service...Only problem here an friend went in to grab her daughter cell phone from being repaired...apparently they lose or missed place it...Next day she have to walk blocks back from her home to try to retrieve her daughter cell...meanwhile it should be there the first day when she had a ride in there...They need to be better organized for customers...

The staff of this store are super! Great customer service and very clean store but their return/exchange policy is even more poor than the quality of the products they sell. You need to take a chance if something you buy here would work, or is in a good condition after you open it at home. If not, we'll too bad, you're stuck with a junk! I've been there a total of three times but won't be going back.

Horrible customer service/store policies after getting defective laptop. Sent it back to get fixed, they sent another one instead of fixing. This other one was also defective, I tried it in the store before I left and it did not work. Said they are unable to give refund, I would not trust any product from here.
