Rude staff and this restaurant does not care about the well being of customers and will lie to you. My girlfriend is celiac and we requested gluten free item as indicated on the menu. The food arrive and we asked 3 times from 2 different waitress if this is gluten free. They said yes. Yet despite paying the premium price of gluten free they added Pringle chips to the appetizer and a waffle to the desert. And you also give a frozen cake with fridge ice still on it. So you falsely advertised it as gluten free, not only did you not understand what gluten free is but showed no care. We will be taking legal action as this may affect others lives.

Food was amazing, we ordered katsu curry, Ramen, gyoza and waffles. Our party of 6 all had a great time. The servers are all really friendly and their service is quick. The atmosphere in the restaurant is so nice and modern. The drinks were cheap, big and tasted great. 10/10 Would come here again!

Their foods are spectacular. We tried 6 appetizers, and they are all good. Services were great. My favourite Japanese in Richmond. We will come again! 5 stars.

Yuu Japanese Tapas has a great vast of authentic Japanese cuisine that surely has something to offer for everyone.I really enjoyed their katsu curry and their drinks! Wished there was more of the portion but overall a wonderful dining experience, would recommend to anyone~

A bit pricey but portion is quite big .we order butter garlic scallops ,beer Raman , milky pumpkin chicken pot overall food pretty tasty

Really enjoyed the variety here! I just came back from Japan and was really missing good Japanese food. This place satisfied all of my savings. I tried the Katsu curry, takoyaki, spicy pork ramen, and Gyoza. Don’t forget to try the brown sugar boba ice cream! Plus excellent service.

This place used to be a good place where me and my friends hung out for dinner. Today it’s first time since pandemic coming here and one thing that disappointed me was the service. After giving seats, no body offered me and my bf a cup of tea and instead, we had to ask them which was not professional. Please improve this

Food was great! Our server was friendly even though she was so busy, she still managed to chat and smile. The place was extremely busy and loud tho - can't blame them as their food is so good. Reservation is advised if you don't wait to wait long.

We had spicy ramen and beef rice combo. Personally, the ramen toppings are good but the soup is just so so. My hubby tried beef rice and he loves it. The portion is big and it is tasty. We could come back next time to try more other dishes.

Went to try their dine out Vancouver menu. The food is only okay in my opinion. The serving of the appetizers are a little disappointing. The flavours are average, maybe what we ordered is not their specialty. I liked the Peachy Lemonade.
