I was worried after reading so many bad reviews but liked the styles and price so I took a risk and bought anyway. My sales person was new he is from Qatar and I forgot his name but he was wonderful. He help me pick things in stock and really cared about what we wanted. It was delivered on time, was easy to put together and looks amazing.

Defective furniture and HORRIBLE customer service.We ordered 4 chairs from the website for our recent move. The boxes arrived a few days prior to our move so we opted to keep them sealed until we moved into the new house. Upon construction of the chairs they were not even level to the floor and were sub-par quality at best. We chose to request a refund at which time my partner was told that nobody could help her and she had to email the head office to request this. This process took a few days as she had to wait for someone to reach out to her. She was then told that since the 7 day window for returns" had passed that we could only get store credit. She pleaded the case that since we were in the middle of a move and did not want to open boxes/construct chairs just to move them days later

What an interesting store I have just discovered. But if I want to buy a chair it takes two weeks to be delivered? Is that how furniture buying works? It's cool to see unique furniture like green velvet couches and pink sherpa chairs at reasonable prices. No high pressure sales here. Staff kept to themselves mostly, so I had the freedom to test out each chair. The fan in this store is insanely loud.

Never been before and was very pleasantly surprised. Love the styles...mix of modern and classics and some lovely wood pieces. Excellent pricing. In store shopping allowed.

I was worried about shopping here since it has such bad reviews but the styles are so nice for such good prices I had to try. I went today Boxing Day and it was awesome. There is a new sales man from Qatar is name was Dnastar (I think) who was amazing and explained what was in stock help with style suggestions and made my experience so positive. Now I hope it comes next week like he promised.

Terrible service from this store. My furniture took months to come and and when it did it had a very bad smell to it. I had to leave the furniture outside because it smelt rotten. When I tried to return it they would only offer me store credit, but why would I want to buy anything from there again. No help from any of the associates and the manager is very rude and disrespectful. I was told I would receive a call back from the store manager the next day, but have waited two weeks and still no call. Would not recommend this location at all.

Awefully rude customer service, prolong waiting time, and low-quality made-in-vietnam furniture.We were looking for a simple TV stand, and we were told could had taken the floor model without waiting. We were happily surprised heard this from the manager, and made sure coming back with our truck for pickup. But after we were back to the store, they had decided that was miscommunication" on our end. And that TV stand is not for sale....We actually realized all their furniture are made out particleboard/furniture boards in Vietnam

Poor customer service. The staff are not very friendly or knowledgeable. I went there to ask questions about their mattresses because I bought one of their bed frames online and they have 25% off. I just got shown where they were and told to try laying on them, no information offered at all to help make a selection or what the differences were. Anything I asked I just felt like she wasn’t in the mood to help me. I’m really disappointed because I really like their stuff and would love to buy a mattress to go with my new bed frame but need help deciding. I tried to make conversation and it was like talking to a block of ice. I didn’t end up buying a mattress unfortunately, but I was struggling to pick up a large vase I purchased there, and the two girls just watched me struggle. Never offered to help get it into my arms, get the door or anything. I press the handicap button with my hip to open the door.

warrenty covers the frame from manufacturer defects. You don't seem to understand a couch should not randomly collapse with a 25 pound kid playing on it. This is not wear and tear. This is a major safety concern to any parent using your products. You should be ashamed for selling such poorly manufactured product.Look at the photo beside the collapsed arm the couch is in good condition. 300 dollar credit is a joke.
