Jashan was absolutely amazing and made things so easy for my father. She took her time explaining the best products for my Dad and I am truly so happy with my experience with her. Rashmi's service was excellent.Rashmi walked me through (i) some of the basics about sleep apnea (ii) what the equipment will be doing in simple terms (iii) the operation and cleaning requirements of the new equipment (iv) a fitting of the headgear (v) a test to get used to how the equipment feels while operating and ensure there are no concerns (vi) guidance on how to interpret the result from each sleep session (vii) the reimbursement process with my insurance provider which helped drive my decisions on what to purchase as part of my visit.If you initially don't get through to set up an appointment, leave a message with your number and Rashmi will get back to you.One note about the medical building itself - the parking lot is very busy so I recommend giving yourself 10 mins before your appointment in case parking is not immediately available.Highly recommend this Medigas location.

I have recently purchase my APAP machine and met there with Jashandeep Kaur. She was such an amazing Sleep Support Advisor. She explained each and everything very clearly to me. He says she not only was a huge help in picking out the CPAP machine for him but she even follows up to see if he’s wearing it properly.
