Very, very, VERY poor customer service.

Popped in for the first time today, and asked about a belt. For a similar price in Calgary, I can get a thin low grade leather or I can go here and get a thick, sturdy hide, leather belt made.Soooo... I will be returning! I would be a fool to buy worse for the same price.Very polite, wonderful ladies, possibly owners of the establishment. Noticed some great prices on other things like Mocasins, racoon hats, drums, shoes...Worth more visits in the future too.

I had a sherling coat repaired - both the work and craftsmanship were outstanding. I commend the owner for his expertise and his trade with a focus on customer service. He explained his work with great details and one could see how much he cares. I highly recommend it

My son needed a new 'chef' apron. I wanted to gift him one. He works in a commercial/ restaurant kitchen.Kathleen produced a perfect custom order apron for him 'from scratch ', she studied his original one, ordered materials, and even customized it with red straps as he wanted, as she had materials in stock. Black canvas, red straps, leather accent points.Of note is, Kathleen even patched the frayed pocket on his old one for us, 'just because' and had previously repaired a shoulder grommet that was fraying on the old one, for us.Excellent workmanship. Thank you.Price for new one was easily comparable to commercially produced, on line order.repairs very reasonable.Thank you Kathleen!

Went in bought a oilslick brush popper jacket as I did not have a place to put it I asked if I could leave the jacket until I can come back with my ride only to find out the leather shop sold it on me and when I asked for my money back she said what money,I'd advise to not buy anything from this thief she still will not give me my money back .who can I call to get my money back ,,I'm not impressed.the previous owner was very good and very honest

Phenomenal service and very helpful. Had a repair done to a riding jacket and it was done while I waited, and for a truly reasonable fee. Posting on Facebook as well about how great the service was
