I keep wondering when they'll get my simple order right. Well toasted bun with cream cheese on BOTH sides, so I'm not eating half the bun dry. Some people actually eat open faced sandwiches, not just squished bread. Otherwise, no complaints. Thankful that people still work there, so this Tim's doesn't have to close!

So over all the coffee and stuff is great only during the week... Your weekend staff/kids/manager can not seem to get my order done correctly. Every weekend my coffee is strong and stale I get either no cream or sugar, or ill get dark roast when I asked for a regular coffee. Please show the weekend kids/management how to make a coffee and how to follow the orders and how to manage! The ladies during the week are top notch and they are the only reason I keep coming back!!A triple triple should be pretty simple to make same with good coffee right?Also, I have noticed in the reviews here that they are only responding to positive reviews...come on guys

This is one of the best locations by far. I don't live in the area but travel past here once or twice a month. I always make a point to stop here, either drive through or go inside. Inside bathrooms and the restaurant are always clean. Staff is always friendly and positive. I've never received a wrong order and my food has always been fresh. I have to say this place has the nicest, most polite young people on staff I've encountered anywhere. Great job!

New toilet arrangement for the Men's is very poor. Already smells & door opens directly into the room. Not acceptable.

There were numerous people taking orders standing around talking and few people making food. Drive thru is definitely prioritized. Next time I'll drive thru.

The food was good, but my bagel was barely warm when I got it and sparse cream cheese on it. You either get too much or not enough.And the drive thru needs some clean up it is starting to look really grungy outside. The glass around the outside seating area is old looking, and the Tim Hortons on it is scraping off it would be nice to have it cleaned up so when you are waiting for your food you have something nice to look at because you are usually wait awhile.

I drink tim's iced capp as much as I can while I am in Canada. I usually don't drink sweet coffee but tim's iced capp is the exception. Always love to have it no matter when.
