I've been coming here for years and have had nothing but the best customer service. Speedy and very helpful/knowledgeable. Will continue to come here weekly! Even if a line up ever does occur, they power through very quickly (lines always look worse than they actually are, some of the others who posted reviews are merely impatient).

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been living in this neighborhood for 10+ years and have been sending mail from this location during that time. Every single time it has been a terrible experience. Today I was racially profiled at the office when I was sending a package to my mother.She had the nerve to ask me, What's in the package?". Is she even allowed to ask that? Isn't that a breach of privacy. If you think I'm a risk then flag it. Asking me what it is is a complete disrespect to me as a private citizen paying for a service that should really be free. I told her what was in the package after thinking "why is she asking me this?" It's because my skin is brown. Once I tell her it's art supplies

The older lady working the post office till on the night of October 19, 2022 at the Heritage location was very unfriendly and quite rude when asked a question. I’ve never had bad customer service here before, but tonight was the first. I hope they can find less miserable staff than this in the future.

This is the worst Canada post office of all time. If I could give it zero I would. The morning clerk here has no sense of urgency. Why does it take her 10 minutes to serve one person each. We all have places to be.

Employees gone for 30 minutes break, no one there for that period.

An unfortunate experience, not my usual Canada Post location. I requested a receipt as I was shipping a high value item (sold on a selling platform from which I have always been provided a receipt when requested from my usual post office). The clerk was visibly put off by this request and advised me that depending on the rules(?) On the account, she might not be able to print a receipt. Then she said - nope, no receipt. So she was either lying (there is no rule on this account to not print receipts, I have had them printed dozens of times), or there was some other reason why she couldn't or didn't want to print it. Either way, I'll never be back to this location.

Lovely prople are working here.Sadly sometime it is very slow.And as much as nice they are...they have a problem to do basic math. Got undercharged today.

Can't stand Canada Post and its entitled employees. Delivery driver never attempts to drop packages off. Instead leaves slips and I have to go pick them up myself because they are lazy good for nothings.
