Had a great experience with a pretty difficult tow. They were very friendly, knew what they were doing and took care with what they were doing. As the back tires on the vehicle I had towed are locked it was difficult to maneuver, but they did a great job and took everything into consideration and worked with my needs.

These guys are contracted by our apartment complex to deal with parking violations people call in, but they've been parking in our visitor parking (an offense they've towed actual visitors for, if they haven't hung the visitor pass quickly enough) and prowling the complex ready to steal any vehicle left in the lane for more than a few minutes. I was loading my friend's car, it wasn't even unattended for more than a minute or two and they tried to hook up and take it. Luckily because the car wasn't unattended, I noticed and confronted the driver, he slunk away after he realized it wasn't gonna be an easy one for him. Not sure if this is a company problem, or just a specific driver that has no regard for others, but if your complex or lot is tended to by these guys, use extreme caution unless you want your car stolen.

Would like to get an actual phone number to speak to a supervisor because the number advertised on signage and website belong to some poor woman who is not involved with Dakota Towing. She answered my partner’s call and told us she’s been getting hundreds of calls a day AFTER I called 5+ times trying to locate my car. On top of not being accessible by phone, there was no one in the office or on-site when I went to retrieve my vehicle. I have medical devices and prosthetic in my car so VERY distressing that I wasn’t able to contact anyone despite your website advertises being open 24/7 and not stating anything about holidays or weekends affecting services. Thank god a tow truck pulled up while we waited outside and he was able to release my car. The driver was just as surprised as we were that we couldn’t contact anyone and that no one was around. Not to mention that it was ridiculously expensive to get my car which had to have only been there 2 hours tops while I was visiting a friend’s Airbnb. Given my medical equipment was being withheld from me I’m waiting to get in contact with a supervisor to find out why I was never able to speak to anyone throughout the whole process.

came from kelowna to revelstoke same day to save us after fuel pump failure. driver was extremely friendly, dropped the car at the garage for us and even took us to a friend's place after. would recommend this company

Very happy with our service today! We had just left Kelowna on the way back to North Vancouver and my car suddenly broke down and lost power on the side of 97. I was not sure what to do but found them on google with great reviews. When I called they said they could get to me in 30 minutes or so and could take me all the way back to Vancouver. The driver Gurmeet was texting me along the way letting me know where he was and showed up when he said he would. He was very friendly and got my car up on the flatbed quickly. He always made sure we were comfortable along the way and did multiple safety checks to make sure my car was good on the flatbed throughout the trip. He drove us in his truck to my car dealership in North Van and we were so thankful to get home safely without issues. He also drove us from the dealership back to our house. Thank you very much for your services today! We would definitely recommend them to anyone and are very impressed with the level of professionalism.

Watched your drivers tow a teenagers electric bike with an entire flat bed this morning (at 530, an obvious ploy to do it before people are awake to better your odds of getting away with the crime)because it occuped 10 inches of space in a 9 foot wide loading zone.Pretty low, not sure if you are aware but people riding electric bikes and scooters are generally low income needing transport, and you pay someone to steal their property to put a few dollar in scumbag kevin spiess's pocket.Disgusting.
