Happy Face Medical Clinic

This was my first visit to this clinic since we became patients of the doctor there. My wife scheduled an appointment using their app and it told us to come in today at 12:30-45 for the 2 different appointments. I had to take time off work and my wife did as well so we could take ourselves and our children to see the doctor. We show up on time and my wife checks with the receptionist as the app for some reason was stuck under my sons name when she booked, the receptionist was bewildered and didnt seem to understand what my wife was talking about, then asked for all our care cards, we gave her our care cards and she said it was all good now. 12:30 some other person ahead of us goes in, and Im thinking maybe they are just running behind, 12:50 another person goes ahead of us, 1:05-10 another person goes ahead of us. I go to the receptionist and say we had a scheduled appointment for 12:30-45 and its now 1:15, she looks down at her papers then the computer then back to me and says oh that lady who just walked in goes first then you and your family. so we would have been waiting till 130-145 who knows how long. When I am given a time to be somewhere I expect to get in close to that time, the receptionist looks to have a hard time responding to any questions asked, and seems to just randomly bring people in whenever she wants... This is not how a scheduled system works, anyone else would get fired for giving that poor of customer service, and from the looks of the reviews this has happened numerous times. If you need medical care go to a walk-in somewhere else or even the emergency might be a better option than dealing with that receptionist.To finish the story I ended up just cancelling my appointment as I had meetings booked for work and my wife had to get back to work, and we couldnt wait 1-2 hours to get in to see our doctor that we scheduled an appointment with.

Worst receptionist I’ve ever encountered very unprofessional I got hung up on twice. Very incompetent honestly worst place ever. Your appointment is never when they say horrible to deal with.

Dr Claire is lovely but the receptionist has no idea what she is doing and is extremely rude! They rescheduled my sons appointment twice and then again 10 min before the appointment while I was literally pulling into the parking lot! When I went in and asked why I was told it was because they booked my sons 6 month vaccination to early when she booked the appointment I asked her if it was to early and she assured me it was fine! I booked the appointment weeks ago and they just figured this out 10 min before!! I took time off work my older son missed karate and I had to pay for a babysitter all for nothing be prepared to be disappointed! I read the reviews before going and decided to give them a try anyways because the drs where good but if I would rate it zero if I could!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM NARINDER CLAIR. Went to Medical school in the Caribbean and has no knowledge of ANYTHING. Kept prescribing me the incorrect medication which I am now addicted to. Even the pharmacist asked me what I am being prescribed this medication for and when I told him my symptoms he said I should have never been prescribed this. Went to two other doctors who said whoever did this should have there medical license taken away and is grounds for a lawsuit. If you want to get feel better, stay far away from this “doctor”. During my last telephone appointment she hung up on me while I was still explaining my symptoms. She said “I have other patients if you want to continue you can book another appointment for another day”. I booked an appointment for TODAY. Why would I book another one? Bottom line she doesn’t care for her patients. Isn’t in the medical field to HELP, but rather to prescribe medication to shut you up in the meantime so she doesn’t need to find an actual root to your problem. Just gives you pain killers until your dead. Or gets you addicted to them. Joke of a “doctor” . Absolute trash.

It is absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to! The receptionists are absolutely awful, they obviously don't know what they are doing and are extremely rude to patients! dr. Mary Wassef is a piece of trash. She never waits for you to finish talking until she walks you out the door. In fact, I have scheduled more than 10 appointments over the phone but she never calls me back. Don't ever go to this clinic!!!

Can never reach the front desk. Have to call the call centre who can only make appointments but not get information. I've had phone appointments that the doctor has just not bothered with and then I have to go through the frustrating process again of trying to make an appointment.I've had 2 appointments, sent 3 emails directly to the doctor and sent a text to her just to chase up my ultrasound referral. Doctor says she will send it and never does. Tells me to call the office (who I can't get through to)I was referred to a hematologist in New West. Langley is outside the catchment area. Doctor should have known this and sent to a more local hospital. They rejected it and now I'm stuck waiting for a callback that I have requested twice and has never happened. I have wasted months thinking that I was on the waitlist for a referral just to find out that it was never referred.The system is broken. A call centre who can not contact the reception is not a working system. One appointment for 2 simple referrals should be all it takes. Not Multiple appointments, phonecalls, emails, texts, call backs.I debated leaving this review as I don't want it to impact the way they treat me but I am beyond exasperated that any professional" would cause this level of stress when it comes to their patient's health."

The worst service ever. Called 2 weeks ago and asked if they were accepting new patients they said YES. Booked an appointment for the following week and when meeting the doctor, she tells me that she isn't accepting new patients. The front desk lady... either needs to learn what customer service is and learn how to speak English or they should fire her for someone more professional. She is probably the one getting a lower rating for the entire clinic. Had another appointment follow-up with the doctor and never received the call. Try to call them and it is always forwarding me to the booking center and they are never able to reach out to the clinic. How are you supposed to follow up on your health and trust them when they are that poor? Definitely not recommending anyone to this clinic.

The clinic is great aswell as the doctors definitely would recommend them. Just very disappointing in the receptionist. She never listens I’ve made an appointment the day before for my son and as I’m asking to make an appointment she asks for his name I say his name, she spells only three letters and she goes okay we’ll see you tomorrow so and so time. I come in the very next day for my appointment for my son and I go to check in she asks me his name I say his name and the time of the appointment, she tells me there fully booked I will have to come in another time? Why would I if I made an appointment prior! Definitely recommend the doctors but sadly the customer service of the receptionist is very poor.

I would recommend people NOT go here. I only give one star because you can't give 0.Receptionist took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me, and when she did she just said give me a minute" and kept working on her computer as I awkwardly stood there waiting. She was not kind at all. I had an appointment and still had to wait over half an hour before I finally left because My lunch break was over. I couldn't reschedule because nobody knew where the receptionist was
