The production of International drivers permits at CAA should be discontinued.They do not check to see if your current license is valid first prior to issuing you an International one!

I had to go there just 10 mins before they closed due to work. But the lady was still very friendly and patiently explain the travel insurance information to me. I will go back again next time i travel!

The people at this location are very friendly, helpful and efficient! I went to purchase a bag for my daughter for her trip this April, unfortunately purchased the wrong one. They were able to return this item and recommended a bag made by the same brand but bigger. Thanks for the help…bonus, I saved some dollars because of my membership!

Actually booking a trip through this particular store was fine and uneventful. However, trying to reach a travel agent since booking the trip (or even get a call back) is a huge challenge. Super disappointed and won't be using CAA for my future travel plans.

Everybody knows CAA for their automotive service for Towing, helping you with boosting your battery, locking yourself out of car and of course car insurance.A lot of people don't know is that they also do house insurance and if you put it all together they give you a really great deal and with most of the public now trying to travel that's something else that they offer. They have their own individual offices CAA that you can go to and ask questions about traveling and insurance if you don't want to do it over the phone and get an actual quote in person and have someone actually explain it to you they're always available and very friendly patient customer service or you can call in and book an appointment. I recently went there to update my car and house insurance package and they were amazing and friendly updated me with some of new information and products that they offer and gave me additional information should I choose to travel. Insurance of course is very necessary at all times but more so now with covid and they will gladly go through it and help you out and the prices are amazing in comparisons to other insurances and the prices that you have to pay to have everything covered not just health so like baggage, stay an extra day, cancelation, or you lost products.One more thing I compared them to was my credit card insurance for traveling that it automatically one more thing that I can paired ca2 was the traveling insurance that is offered by every credit card out there that we have in our possession CA beat them every time so I highly recommend them and give them a five out of five visit them look for the nearest office near you there are several compare if you're going to be traveling the insurances and what they cover I did it and it's amazing how their deal was one of the top best that I found I was surprised

I was happy that this location is open on Saturday. It wasn’t too busy, and I was able to find luggage in a size I needed. The only down-side to this location is that the same staff handle both travel bookings and in-store products. People who are booking travel need more time and can hold up the line.

Called 2 days ago for passport photo prices. Went in today asked again before the photos were taken. So confirmed twice it was $15.50.Go to pay and they are $20 each.I told them I asked before the photos were taken and called ahead and was told $15.50 both times. They said it went up 2 days ago and would not honour what the employee just told us 4 minutes ago. Awful customer service.

Not recommending! They hire just about anyone. I've waited 4 hours in a blistering cold for the towing to arrive. When the driver BASHIR QASIMI finally arrived he declined helping me and left me hanging with a broken car on the road in the middle of night! Driver BASHIR QASIMI was very rude and unprofessional! I've never been so disappointed and unhappy about a towing experience! Their membership is a huge waste of money better call any towing guy!

Someone please confirm why i need any documentation to remove a driver from MY POLICY. IT''S MY POLICY and I deem him no longer insured your liability dies. it's the reverse of what was true when he was NOT on the policy, there was no liability the. The driver removed has no connection to your business. This is just a way of inconveniencing the customer to prolong the income to this Corporation.have a nice day.
