Just hired JE Services to Pressure wash my deck so I could paint it. I was thinking of doing the job myself, but was not sure how I would get a rented pressure washer in and out of my vehicle. I hired Julio for painting my 3 + 2 bedroom townhouse in March 2020. I found him punctual, on time, cost effective and a person who loves his job. His painting quality is perfect. He is polite and courteous and very easy to deal with.Since March 2020, I hired him for 2 more painting jobs for my condos. As he was busy or out of town, he could not accommodate 2 additional condo painting jobs for me.I don't give repeat business to any one who can not score 12 on a 1 to 10 scale and Julio deserves a 12. My wife and I found Julio completely by luck on google as we were looking for a handyman to put on some doors and door trim for us. Julio came right away the same day we called him and gave us a quote. When he came and looked at what our previous contractor did, he knew that he was there to also fix the bad workmanship. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me. After meeting 2 other “handymen” and getting quotes from them the same day… we decided on Julio. Sometimes you just have to go with your gut feelings… and we are so glad we did. Julio is crazy busy we had to wait almost a month before he was available to do our job. He came on time and started working right away. He also did a couple of small things that I forget to mention when he provides a quote. Julio wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive quote we got. I would not hesitate to have Julio do work for me again in the future. Julio provides his quote in writing so that there is no miscommunication on what the job consists of and the cost. Julio is a friendly guy and easy to talk to and above all is professional and pays attention to detail. A+++
