The worst company to deal with. We paid good money to have a quality gate built, as with the hard wear to install with. Gate came with the wrong fitting hardware. We contacted him to send proper hardware only to receive wrong useless hardware Asked to have correct ones so we can install the gates ourself. His reply was he already did,however they didn’t fit. This is after he came and measured. Stay away from this company Terrible customer service. The sales person Theressa was awesome Please don’t use company.

Our custom made gate was installed in 2008. The people who owned the company who did the installation originally had retired. The arms on the gate had worn out after 12 years of normal wear and tear usage. Much to our delight and relief, Jamie Couper of GHC and his team were able to replace the arms on the gate. Our gates are now fully functional once again. Excellent friendly service. The installer was polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

Stay away from GHC! This company performed a service call several years back at a facility that I managed. This repair was to a multi zone system that was damaged by a lightning strike This strike sent an electrical surge throughout the system starting with the main circuit board and continuing on. At the time I was assured that everything was repaired and in good working order. There were 2 subsequent service calls for minor issues in the 3 years that followed. One of these calls was to test all of the batteries in all of the zones. The defective batteries were replaced with the required replacements according to manufacturer’s specs. In the early months of 2022 during a service call to reconfigure some of the features of the system, the technicians that were sent to do this work were dispatched to the facility with no information about the system. They were not provided with the location of any of the hidden zone expanders. power supplies, or wiring diagrams above the false ceiling. This lack of support from the management of GHC resulted in hours of telephone calls to the GHC office and other employees to get important information and familiarity. Hours that were billed to me! It was also discovered that old lightning damaged equipment was still in place, and left connect to a power source. Certainly, a potential fire hazard! The system had in fact, not been properly repaired during the original lightning strike repair. This left the facility vulnerable and property and people at risk. The owner was given an opportunity to take responsibility for any of the inadequate diagnostics and poor workmanship. He did not. Instead, an invoice was sent that was ridiculously high and included charges for components. that were damaged several years earlier including the previous maintenance service calls. The owner communicated with me in a manner that can only be described as manipulative, deceptive and arrogant! Not really surprising as I observed the technicians being treated with disrespect. Reviews posted that I have looked up on Indeed.ca confirm a regular occurrence of this type of business practices. It stands to reason that if a company does not treat their employees well, they’re customers will be treated the same. If a negative star option existed, I would have selected it.PS: GHC invoices read more like a legal document than an account of services. There are many security providers out there that will serve clients with integrity.Thank you for reading and all the best to you!
