Sewing Machine Sales & Repair

My mother’s industrial JUKI sewing machine started giving her major problems after decades of dependable use. My dad tried to fix it, but it was beyond his skill (they are both in their eighties, btw).I found the “Sewing Machine Repair Center” via an online search and spoke with Sebastian, who said that he would come by to look at it…on Good Friday even, because my mom was so upset that she was falling behind in some dress adjustments for my niece’s upcoming wedding. He was very empathic to her situation.He came by as promised and had that machine working in fine order (it was a timing issue that occurred after a broken needle). While he was there, my mom had him do a service on her serger which also was causing her grief and he made the necessary adjustments.Sebastian’s years of experience was very visible and both my dad and I marvelled at his mastery. In turn he shared some stories while working on the machines and when all was said and done, he charged a very very very fair price for the work done. As long as Sebastian is available, I know that my mom’s machines will never again disappoint her! Fantastic!

Sent my 70 year old machine in with numerous issues. Sam explained everything very well, presented my options and did the research to source components should I wish to replace parts. He not only gave me confidence and peace of mind, but all at a VERY good price with fast service. He is honest, knowledgeable, skilled and genuinely cares about providing the most thorough servicing possible. I live right next door to another sewing machine repair shop, but Sam is DEFINITELY the go to repair shop now for me and my sewing friends.

Well respected owner and technician. He fixed my mother's old sewing machine made in the 50's (Janome). Light was not working and spool refill mechanism was not engaging. We received this machine from an older lady as a gift who had no use for it anymore and this was previously tampered with by a different repair man. He fixed all the problems on this machine.
