they totally mangled my friend's piece, and it's going to cost a lot to repair it! And they won't even own the mistake and make it right - will avoid them at all costs.

I can't understand how these dishonest people are still in business!! SERIOUSLY go anywhere else with your valuables, the owner doesn't have a CLUE what he is doing and he's a TOTAL SHYSTER. I would give ZERO stars if it was possible.

I walked to another jeweler CRYING. The owner was only supposed to tighten the prongs on my ENGAGEMENT ring because the diamond was a little loose, and he BUTCHERED it!!! Bent one prong beyond repair and there were plier marks everywhere on the band!! Not only that, but the whole setting where the diamond is was bent COMPLETELY to one side!! I come back to pick it up and he says that the diamond isn't loose anymore but the problem now is this bent prong that doesn't even hug the diamond solitaire anymore- I said, 'but you did this, and look, now my ring is all bent to one side' and he told me, 'i don't see how I could've done that, your ring could've been like that when you brought it to me.'... I completely turned white.. Then he's like, 'oh, if you don't want to pay, that's fine, I won't argue- but if you want to get that prong fixed, we'll have to send it to my guy and it'll cost you 20$ like I told you on the phone'- ARE YOU FREAKEN KIDDING ME??!!! IF THERE WERE A ZERO STAR OPTION I WOULD'VE GIVEN THAT. My heart is broken so I tell anyone that values their precious belongings to NEVER bring them here to be 'repaired'.. :(

Be warned that these people are scammers. I am surprised that they are still in business. I gave them my watch for a polishing. When they gave it back to me it was literally the EXACT same thing as it was before I had brought it in. I'm convinced that they did absolutely nothing to my watch to polish it and then charged me 30$ for it. It's too bad because behind their nice smiles lies a bunch of crooks. I would recommend to shop elsewhere before you even step foot in their store. I wish I had read the reviews before going there but I'm glad I only lost 30$ and not 300$. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Don't waste your time1. Rudest service ever2.the lady couldn't care less about saying hi or even acknowledge I was in her store3. The prices were shockingly outreageous4. They took my jewellery on a Saturday, a ring to estimate the cost of selling, a baby bracket and a chain to fix. She told me someone would call me on Monday. One week passed, ONE WEEK!! No one ever called me, so I went back and she couldn't find my jewellery. I said I would not step out until they gave it back.. Finally after what seemed like an hour she found the bag and.. Nothing.No apology, no explanation she said they didint have to look at it.Hum.. The store is always empty.. And no apology or explanation...I nsu took back my stuff and left.I don't even understand why they are open. Rudest service I have ever gotten . And in the end, it was all for nothing.

I dont know what everyone is talking about i dealt 2 ladies on seperate occasions and both were equally polite and helpful had a great experience here

Terrible service at this jeweler. They completely ruined a piece of jewelry that was very important to my friend!! Can't believe they didn't do anything to repair the mistake!! When you provide a service you have to make sure your client is completley satisfied with the results and if not well you have to do everything possible to make sure they are!!Terrible service!!

Rudest service we have ever had. We short with us and extremely rude to my two small boys. Pretty much chased us out of the mall.

They are absolutely horrible people. They wrongly pierced my daughter's ears. The wife pierced through the cartilage of my daughter's ear. I saw a doctor and he said that she will have a permanent scar. They treated me horribly and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. The needle stayed in my daughter's ear so long because the lady lost the backing that my daughter threw up on me from the trauma. They sent me away after what they had done blaming my daughter saying that she moved when the lady pierced her ear. The doctor who does this at Tiny Tots said never has he messed up that badly due to a baby moving.
