Josh is an extremely thorough house inspector. We've used him for 2 different inspections and have nothing but great things to say about our experiences. We had a house with some rotting in the wood posts on the front deck (had to look a bit to find it) that Josh identified. We then had someone come out to do an estimate on the deck for the repairs. The rot was not obvious at all so he actually had to come out twice to find the area of concern. Needless to say, we were impressed Josh took the time to look at the not-so-obvious details.

As part of the settlement of my Mom's estate, we needed to have her house in Saint Peter inspected and appraised. Josh Haas did the inspection. Our interactions were all done remotely, since none of my siblings or I live in the area. Nonetheless, Josh provided a comprehensive inspection report that met our needs perfectly. He generally confirmed our own assessment of the quality of the house, while also highlighting a couple areas that need attention or monitoring. I would use him again.
