Central Park
Really nice place to go for walks with our schnauzer he loves to run tree to tree. We have met some really nice folks there as well. This park has a new play area for kids and has a soft almost carpet feel pad that is probably less prone to injure kids if they fall, and is done in different patterns.

Great park to stop and have a picnic if you are traveling. Stuff for kids to do and clean facilities.

We ate at the snack bar, incredible food !!! Some what high.priced and almost demanding for a tip, 10,15, or 20 percent. Added directly to your bill. The food was great so we enjoyed it. They ran out of fries closed right after we got our food which was fine !!! Delicious !!!

This year the park got a new playground. Nice walking trail to walk the dog on leash.

They did wonderful renovations this year. Great kid playing area. Lots if space to run around. Close to downtown. Very clean.We go here often.

Merritt City has quite a few surprises. This incredible Park is one example. Thankfully the infrastructure is managed by professional people.Also, They have mostly completed the new location of the doggy park. Fencing is all in place, gotta wait for the grass to grow lol.Thank You to the Great City Works People.

Great place to take your kids. Even right next to a skatepark and Lacrosse patch :-)And if you think safety so concerned don't worry about its right next to an RCMP station.Washroom facilities water bottle fill up with filtered water and more to offer.

Park with lots of amenities, washrooms, skatepark, jungle gym area with rubber floor and swings etc. It's also right beside the police station so it's got a really wholesome environment.Be great if they could put an outdoor water park here.

We love to stop in here on our way through town, after gassing up and grabbing fast food. The kids love the playground and the giant tires. Everything is well cared for, and there are public washrooms. The police station is right next door, so I would be surprised if any riff raff ever decided to hang out here.
