I was here on Feb .4 th in the early evening and WOW it was soooo slow . I really only needed a washroom but feel like that's rude so I ordered a small dipped cone and a small strawberry Julius well I got a baby cone and the Julius was so watery I will not be returning. The cakes were really nice though seeing as I had 30 plus minutes to look around INSANE.

On a Monday at noon, a portion of dining area was closed, no longer serve hot dogs, lame excuse about no longer serving Orange Julis on a printer paper on the door, washrooms for staff only? Hot fudge on sundae was minimal at best.

I didn’t actually get to dine here because the restaurant was so short staffed over the lunch hour and Uber Eats and Skip courier orders take priority over in person customers, so after over 20 minutes in line with no hope of my order being taken anytime soon, and customers sitting in the restaurant still waiting for their orders to be sent out, I gave up

We moved into the area around March and ever since then this has been a staple of our month. They have a phenomenal deal offering two double burgers for $9.44 after tax with which really you can't get much better than constantly. They have availability for most blizzards as well as other dairy Queen confectionary treats. The atmosphere feels family run and services impeccable. The only complaint I have is sometimes there are unruly children who believe it's a jungle gym rather than a dairy Queen, but that's not on them. Truly right now in Calgary you can't get much better than a dairy Queen.

First of all fox your intercom so that elderly people, like my aunt and uncle, can actually hear. Second of all hire staff that isn’t rude. And third. I got a small cookie dough blizzard with literally two pieces of cookie dough in it. That’s not okay for the ridiculous price you charge.

On July 2nd 2023, I went to this DQ, I am only giving overall 2 stars because the service and people are always friendly. I bought a crispy chicken sandwich from here and I got sick, went to the hospital on July 4th and my tests came back positive for Salmonella. I only ate this before I started to feel unwell.Whoever is in the kitchen please double, triple check the food.If I ever come back here I am coming with a meat thermometer to make sure the food is cooked to the proper temperature.I paid $13.35 for 2days off of school, and a overnight hospital visit. Not Happy.
