If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went into this location today to purchase a ticket I paid with cash. They rejected a two dollar coin saying that it didn’t appear real which was odd, I then offered another coin and the cashier seemed to want to reject my currency. I’ve never experienced this anywhere before. This behavior felt discriminatory and it’s illegal to reject legal tender. I hardly see myself ever setting foot back in here again.

DO NOT give this store business! They charge you additional fees % when you use Debit or Credit Card but do not tell you.Those fees are up to the business to pay NOT the customer! If you frequent here, think twice because you are paying more then you think! Hope they get Audited and reported.

My partner and I went for our passport photos today and from reading many reviews, customers complained that they charge a fee to use the debit machine. This was NOT the case in our experience. We received 2 sets of photos at the going rate of $14.99 + HST. We were pleased at the quality of the photos but disappointed that we did not receive a receipt for them.

This business is making their customers pay fees. This is unacceptable they have different prices for their charge on the machine. No notice no indication of how much. Please report them

I just went to take passport photo there last week. My daughter's passport was gonna be expired so I searched online and found this store. Actually, the employees in the store were very nice and patient. It spent just around 15 mins and all done. The photos were extremely professional that much better than Costco did. The picture on my daughter's previous passport looked very dim and dusky. It was taken in Costco 5 years ago. I was ever wondering how the government could accept it. I guess my daughter was just a toddler and hard to get her captured. The government employees know about this well so they give the wrongdoer a way out sometimes.Besides, the price of 2 copies is only $11.99 which is competitive and worthy. In case the photos being rejected, they can either retake photos for customs or refund to them upon the rejection letter and photo copies being provided. Somebody said it cost $40 in the store, but I believe it was simply a lie or originally from some competitors.

Terrible service, it seems that you have to beg for the services, I do not recommend this place, I have been there about 3 times, and it is always the same, the clients do not deserve such great attention

She told me 6 dollars and charged me 6:15 for her machine fees without telling me that’s cheating and wrong shame on her

They're all nice guys. Helpful, friendly and generous. They serve not only the various drinks, snacks, smokes and lottery tickets as regular variety store, but there are also a lot of featured services and goods such as branded e-cigarettes, pipes/bongs, passport photo(cost less than $12), houseware, ATM, etc. The store is located in a big plaza where there are tons of parking lots.

My twin daughters passport photos were rejected. I went back to get them retaken but was told I would have to pay again although I had proof of purchase and they had the photos in their system. Lots of excuses were given, but I phoned the manager and was told the same thing, I would have to pay to get them retaken. I do not recommend going here for passport photos.
