Very rude customer service. Went seeking guidance looking to upgrade my suit collection. I was greeted with this would cost you close to $___" when I would ask to try something on. Most sizes were far too large for me and I was brushed off to come back a week later when they would get a new selection of items for my size. While looking at myself in the mirror after fitting an item I was asked "Are you looking to actually buy anything?". Mind you I was not well dressed walking into the store as I had an early dentist appointment. Regardless

Recommended: nice place, great quality and decent price. The cost is going to be upwards of $$$, but if you need good quality and excellent customer service, you should go there.

Amazing! The woman working knows what goes together and the suits and everything in there was really cheap and I managed to get an amazing suit in my size for super cheap!!

I walked into stars today to buy a suit for a interview and an upcoming wedding. Deborah was very polite and was able to help me pick out the perfect suit shirt and tie. Also Deborah went out of her way to tailor the length of my pants for free. Extremely great service would recommend to anyone looking for a suit.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful shopping experience at the Stars in the Cambridge location. Tara was my aid and knew exactly how to help. I wanted a suit for many occasions and was pleased with the options and attention to my wishes and concerns. I bought a haute black Calvin Klein and completely love the feel and look. Thank you Tara and the stars team for making my experience a pleasant and very personal one. I recommend Stars and Tara's outstanding customer service. 5 stars all the way. If i could give another star I would!

Terrible customer service at the cambridge location. Bought my first suit for a wedding and came back two weeks later to pick up my hemmed pants and they were not hemmed. The next day I returned and had to wait almost 2 hours because they sent my suit to the kitchener location, and they kept telling me its being delivered here any moment now". As for the jacket

Terrible customer service @ the Cambridge mall location.Employee was sitting texting on her phone upon arrival. She said she managed store but upon asking, could not provide any information to help get a suit for an upcoming event. It was selected by the groom for the groomsmen so we aren’t entirely sure on the product number for the suit but it was already ordered previously in the week. She was rude and did not want to assist, should hire someone who is more knowledged at their job. Thanks.
