Nick is super attentive, professional and his work is top notch. He has done two separate projects for my family: a complete interior reno of a condo and an exterior balcony repair. We are super happy with the results of both.

Over the past 5 years and in 2 different phases, Nick has transformed my house - a Vancouver Special in East Vancouver. The 2nd phase was a full kitchen, living room and living space renovation and the 2nd phase was the bathrooms and bedrooms. Both times Nick and the trades he used were professional, responsive and did very high quality work. Nick's great to deal with, understands design vision and is great at trouble shooting/problem solving on the fly. He was great at explaining the process to my wife and I and making sure we knew with advance notice when major decisions needed to be made.Through the course of both renovations Nick was excellent to work with and I would recommend Caledonia without hesitation and in fact, already have! Nick renovated my friend's basement suite in their heritage house in Point Grey and did an excellent job as well.

Caledonia has completed multiple projects on our house, custom indoor and outdoor stairs, new back deck, siding repairs. All done to the highest standard, rock solid. 100% recommend.

Nick provided really high quality work. We had our bathrooms re-done completely and are extremely happy with the look of it all. I was one of those customers that kept sending questions at all times and Nick got back to me and made the job a lot easier the it could have been considering the fight I was having with my insurance company.

We hired Caledonia Contracting for our basement reno and have been very satisfied with the experience and results. We worked exclusively with Nick who is a knowledgeable and hands on contractor and carpenter. He took on all demo, construction and carpentry work himself relying on his network of excellent trades for other tasks such as electrical, plumbing and drywall. As we are not experienced renovators Nick gathered multiple quotes for us on several occasions to help us gauge price range and quality. Invoices were always detailed and easy to understand.Our project was not straightforward and as our 100+ year old house threw us curve balls, Nick cared about the overall health of our home, not just the project at hand. He was always flexible, reassuring and happy to discuss solutions together. Nick is easy to talk to and get along with and we have already recommended Caledonia Contracting to our friends.
