Pharmacists are amazing and some of the staff are very nice.Owner is extremely rude and does illegal practices like asking customers for doctors notes. She is NOT a doctor!The old lady there needs to learn respect and how to treat customers. Customers are why you have a job.

Came here with my two year old. Was screamed at my the supervisor because my toddler knocked two things off the shelf and the staff continued to follow my child around harassing her and I. Saying they spend “hours” organizing. My daughter is 2 and it was an accident. I find this to be ridiculous behaviour and very immature. It’s hard enough being a single mom let alone being discriminated against for it. Definitely not a store to bring your kids into!

Tried to park around back (where the parking is) and was accosted by an ignorant staff member demanding I park elsewhere. I gladly moved and spent my money elsewhere. I’m amazed they have any business at all

Excellent service. I needed a px for my elderly brother-in-law who desperately needed a px filled after an infection that took him to the ER. He is on oxygen and very frail. I arrived just a couple of minutes before closing and they had actually closed. I knocked on the door and the pharmacist very kindly opened for me and filled the px. He could not have been kinder or more efficient! Thank you!!

So open till 8pm staff locks doors early? clock inside store doesnt even read 8pm but lets close doors early. How lazy can your staff be or is it self entitled arrogance?

Pharmacy staff are amazingYes I see alot that they don't trust costumers and feel were being watchedAnd yes some are not pleasant I totally agree she has to be more people person but all the are all nice

One old lady followed me and my friend everywhere we went in the store, as though we were attempting to rob something.As a reply, we purchase a food item and exit the store to demonstrate that we are not like that.It was quite inconvenient for us. She needs to work on her customer service skills.I'm not going there any longer...

Came at 7:53 for a quick purchase and the lady wouldn’t let us in as she was outside locking the door- store closes at 8

I used to enjoy going to the pharmacy to browse and get my prescriptions. However, I did not enjoy the visit I made last year. One of the staff members was very rude, and followed me everywhere I went in the store. I'm actually surprised they didn't stand beside me. I honestly felt like getting a cart and putting a bunch of stuff in it and randomly putting them around the store in the wrong spots. Yes, I can be petty when I want to be, but I just left and haven't been back since.I'd just like to point out the fact that ALL the staff are following people around the store or keeping their eyes on people.

I I have recently read some disturbing reviews regarding this Rexall pharmacy. A considerable amount of them suggest the staff at the store including the cashiers are not worthy working at the store. I have been a customer since 2007 and have never had an issue with the pharmacist or the staff members.Most of the time when I shop there staff members will approach me and asked me if I found what I’m looking for, if not they are much obliged to help me locate a product. Hats off to the pharmacists. The pharmacy is run professionally, the pharmacists are very pleasant and friendly and try to help out and explain everything in detail. Also the cashiers and the floor staff are very friendly it’s a very well run store I would totally recommend it to shoppers or patients who need to fill out their prescription.
