When we decided to have vinyl flooring installed we had felt it important to support our local businesses so that is how we came to find Hardwood Giant in Scarborough. We were welcomed by Mr. Maqbool Janjua and his staff. All our questions were answered immediately. We were also able to secure a really great price. We were contacted by the installers quickly and chose a day convenient to us for installation.The installers arrived on time. They were respectful quick and tidy. I would recommend Hardwood Giant Scarborough. I visited multiple flooring stores for my home renovation, Hardwood Giant provides very good price with quality products. Store manager Maqbool is very professional, I should have listened to him to purchase 10% more than my contractor measured, but I purchased what my contractor told me, at the end I have to revisit the store to order one more box.

I suggest before buying any hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring consult with Maqbool the store manager at this location. His valuable ideas and suggestion will guide you to the right product and you will not regret in the future. Based on Maqbool’s advice I bought laminate from this location and since I installed it everyone thinks that it is hardwood. The floor looks so nice and beautiful. I alway enjoy walking on this floor and it is relaxing. Thank you so much Maqbool for your advise and support. The service Maqbool provides to customers in this store is amazing. Maqbool is a honest and customer focused manager. I wish him all the best!

My family & visited the store to look at options for our basement family room floor and Maqbool Janjua was helpful & kind, and even managed to help us keep our children from getting out of hand (no easy feat!). With his help we chose a good option and it was recently installed. It looks great and we got it for a great price! I can't recommend them enough

I recently purchased my hand scraped hardwood flooring from the Scarborough Hardwood Giant location. Not only did they have a great selection of traditional and modern styles to choose from they had amazing prices and exceptional service. I was served by Kamran, who genuinely cared about me as a customer and was available by phone or email to assist me as well. Their delivery person also went the extra mile so couldn’t be happier. I saw my “Obsession” floor first at Hardwood Giant, then later at 2 other places, and, yes their pricing is not inflated at all. Really recommend!

I've purchased flooring and baseboard twice from Maqbool at HG Scarborough because he's a one-of-a-kind person: great character, always kind and aiming to please, will bend over backwards to make you and your family happy, and he's generous. Maqbool makes you feel good and informed about making such a large purchase.On top of that, HG Scarborough regularly has great deals/promos, and never has a problem with shipping within a week.

If you are looking to get new flooring, you must visit Maqbool at the Scarborough location! My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting him and he helped us with all of our questions and needs for our new floor renovation. We got great quality laminate at a very affordable price. His friendly and personable customer service is reason enough to buy your flooring from here. Can't recommend enough!! Thank you!

Recently got my flooring done from Scarborough Giant and I can say with 100 certainty that they are the best in the business. Excellent product quality and very friendly and cooperative staff. Even the staff that came to work at my residence was very respectful and made it very easy for me. I recommend it for everyone. If you are confused or have questions about anything, Maqbool will have all the answers. 10/10 for their service and product !!

We had an excellent experience at Hardwood giant Scarborough location. We dealt with Maqbool Janjua who gave us a good deal and was easy and informative to deal with. We were never pressured into buying things we didn't need or rushed into a decision. After buying baseboards and new flooring, we are thrilled with how our home looks and the price we paid to accquire the flooring. We will certainly be returning when we renovate our downstairs!!
