Although I had to wait quite awhile for an appointment to see Dr Bryer, it was worth it. I was very worried about my condition and the symptoms I was experiencing. Dr Bryer was very comprehensive in ordering a number of tests to make sure I was thoroughly checked over and when I met him to go over the results I was very impressed.Took the time to go over all my tests, explain the results and diagnosis in detail and answered all my questions. You can tell he really has a passion for neurology and is very personable and friendly. The same goes for his staff who were helpful and nice. So glad I was referred to him. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a neurologist.Thanks Dr Bryer!

Extremely rude and unprofessional administrative/reception staff. They will not care about you, try to accommodate you, and rescheduling is a nightmare.Even if you tried to be nice to them, and talk to them, they will be rude towards you. They do not care about you, they only try to care about making money off of you.I recommend others to avoid this experience, and simply google neurologists in my area, and select a higher rated clinic.

You get the sense that Dr. Bryer is exceptionally knowledgable and experienced at his craft — If only there were any application of said knowledge. He is incredibly patronizing and condescending, and unless you’re on the literal brink of death, like with most practitioners in Ontario, you’re likely not to receive any form of substantive care or meaningful insight from him. I’d imagine most of his patients are left discontent with his apathetic demeanour, and the irreverence in which he tackles your medical concerns.

I’ve been referred to this clinic over 3 weeks ago, I’ve tried to fax them over a dozen times and the receptionist claims to not receive the fax. I’ve tried calling several times and even left voice messages and I still haven’t got a call back. Yesterday I had to take time off work (again) to fix this situation for my elderly grandmother and still no success. The receptionist is extremely disrespectful, rude, lacks empathy and professionalism. She needs to be terminated immediately, I have never experienced such horrendous service like this in my life. Also, I will be reporting this clinic.

Not sure why people left bad review but I think Dr Bryer is good enough for me to leave a review.Receptionist is good at least they take phone call relatively quick.Dr Bryer is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained to me everything step that he is doing and helped find the root cause of my issue which another neurologist totally missed. I am grateful to be Dr Bryer’s patient.

Take this as a warning, Dr. Bryers is extremely unprofessional and condescending, he lacks bedside manners. The receptionist has been giving me the run around to book an appointment for over 2 weeks after the hospital sent a Referal to the office. I had to physically go to the office myself to hand deliver the Referal papers after 2 weeks of the receptionist claiming she didn’t receive it from the hospital, and she still didn’t accept the Referal. This is the second time I’ve been to this clinic and after the horrible experience with him the first time I thought to give him another chance but the Filipino receptionist was the last straw. They need to be reported and lose their license. STAY AWAY

I am fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Bryer. His assessment appeared to have been comprehensive and efficient. He was engaged and engaging throughout, and I appreciate his forthcoming manner as he explained the reason for the various procedures, and the information he gleaned.

I can never say enough great things about Dr. Bryer and his receptionist. He's the sole reason for improving my father's tgm pain when no one else bothered. He knew exactly what to do and acted fast unlike other neuro clinics. I'm really grateful. He's thorough, well experienced and well informed and very kind. His receptionist follows up and is always professional. Thank you both.

I was very nervous about my appt knowing that I would be having testing done.However Dr. Bryer was very pleasant and comforting, explaining everything as he was doing it. Had a very positive experience overall.
