really friendly staff, I enjoy coming here. they have really cheap and different variety of plants & fish. my fish from here are very healthy and are thriving.

Went in there cause the kids asked so many time to go in and came out with a tank and a promise to buy fishes. There were lot of pet stuff, food, toys, habitat, accessories and the kids were amazed to see the different pets available for sale. They were pointing at all the amazing color fishes they had. Tropical and beta fishes were available. The staff help us decide which options was best and we went with a 10 gallon tank for tropical fish. Overall, the kids enjoyed walking and see so many animals and now finally get to own a pet.

I have always received great customer service at this location. Great selection and we have purchased more than a few dog tags from the engraving machine here! We took our dog in recently and I think she really enjoyed it!

This bigger woman with short brown hair and glasses was extremely rude when I bought a hamster. She seemed to be interrogating me for no reason even though I told her I had a large enough tank set up. And then she proceeded to ask me why do you want a hamster?" in a very rude tone. Overall it was quite obvious she wanted to feel some sort of power by being condescending towards customers

The service is good..but the store smells HORRIBLE. I understand it's a pet store..but other pet stores don't smell this way. It makes shopping there unpleasant.

10 stars for the grooming department. I take my chocolate lab in every time she needs a nail cut and grind. Megan the trainer was wonderful with Charlie and every other dog she was working with in our puppy class.Also I love when anyone enters someone is there greeting you.

My baby goes here for her grooming needs and they take such great care of her. Her toys and food also comes from here and always have amazing prices.

The last 5 visits I have been here I went in specifically for feeder fish and they have not been for sale every time. This has been since Mid May 2022. They are always sick. I appreciate the caution from the store for not selling me sick fish to feed my own however this also does not instill anh confidence in my purchasing them in the future.

It's really hard to rate this store...its clean, well kept store but the girl in the fish section was extremely arrogant and did not know what she was talking about...our son has a 40 gallon tank and she was saying that he could only put 1 black moor fish in there. Look at the fish care pamphlet and books we have and it says you can easily have 2-4 in a 20 gallon. When another sales girl came over the first quickly shut her up and rolled her eyes at her very unprofessional . This was the Preston location. Will be going else where next time

Good selection of products for a wide variety of pets, at reasonable prices. Staff is generally friendly, and usually fairly knowledgeable, although you shouldn't expect them to be experts on rarer or unusual animals.Only reoccurring issue is a lack of staff to either help answer questions or get something locked up, or at the tills. Having said that, I understand it's not realistic to have a zillion staff wandering around waiting for customers; but I do wonder if they've looked at their data to better determine optimal times to schedule staff.
